劉學波,男,1975年9月出生,黑龍江省克山縣人,博士學位,畢業于名古屋大學。現任西北農林科技大學教授、博士生導師,食品科學與工程學院院長、測試中心主任。入選教育部“新世紀優秀人才”支持計劃、科技部中青年科技創新領軍人才計劃,榮獲2015年度中國食品科學技術學會科技創新獎杰出青年獎,享受國務院政府特殊津貼。
