楊建民,男,生于1958年,博士。現(xiàn)任船舶海洋與建筑工程學(xué)院院長(zhǎng),海洋工程國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任,中海油上海交通大學(xué)深水工程技術(shù)研究中心主任,高新船舶與深海開(kāi)發(fā)裝備協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心副主任。

人物經(jīng)歷

1988年3月于上海交通大學(xué)博士生畢業(yè)、獲得博士學(xué)位,1991年11月—1994年11月赴西日本流體技術(shù)研究所進(jìn)行博士后研究,2001年12月—2002年2月赴美國(guó)德克薩斯A&M大學(xué)作為高級(jí)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者進(jìn)行研究工作。目前擔(dān)任船舶與海洋工程學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)、海洋工程國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室副主任、船舶與海洋工程流體力學(xué)中心實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任、國(guó)際船J匝槌嵋↖TTC)耐波性委員會(huì)委員、上海市造船學(xué)會(huì)海洋工程專業(yè)技術(shù)委員會(huì)主任、中國(guó)石油工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化委員會(huì)海洋石油工程專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)專家委員。

研究方向

1.海洋深水平臺(tái)研究、2.浮式生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)水動(dòng)力學(xué)研究、 3.海洋結(jié)構(gòu)物動(dòng)力定位系統(tǒng)研究。

主要貢獻(xiàn)

長(zhǎng)期從事海洋工程流體力學(xué)、船舶推進(jìn)、船舶操縱等方面的教學(xué)與科研工作,主持和承擔(dān)完成了40多項(xiàng)基礎(chǔ)研究和國(guó)內(nèi)外重大工程研究項(xiàng)目。其中,參與激烈的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng),主持承接了10多項(xiàng)國(guó)外重大工程項(xiàng)目,為提高實(shí)驗(yàn)室在國(guó)際技術(shù)市場(chǎng)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力和在國(guó)際海洋工程界的聲譽(yù)作出了貢獻(xiàn)。

在科研方面主要取得如下成果:

(1)對(duì)FPSO系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了深入系統(tǒng)的研究。主持了5個(gè)美國(guó)項(xiàng)目,4個(gè)挪威項(xiàng)目和多個(gè)國(guó)內(nèi)項(xiàng)目,有些項(xiàng)目已經(jīng)在國(guó)內(nèi)外實(shí)際工程中得到應(yīng)用。與企業(yè)合作主持國(guó)家“國(guó)家高技術(shù)研究發(fā)展計(jì)劃”重大專項(xiàng)課題“淺水超大型浮式生產(chǎn)儲(chǔ)油卸載系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究”,首次提出了大型FPSO“淺水效應(yīng)”概念。

(2)對(duì)海洋深水平臺(tái)進(jìn)行了深入的研究,如主持了與美國(guó)Novellent公司合作研究項(xiàng)目“GSpar研究”,國(guó)內(nèi)首次進(jìn)行這類平臺(tái)的研究。

(3)提出了任意三維物體繞流的三角元源匯法、三維機(jī)翼分離流的理論計(jì)算方法、計(jì)算斜航及回轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)船體周?chē)鲌?chǎng)和流體力的面元方法等。

(4)研制了非接觸式六自由度運(yùn)動(dòng)測(cè)量系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)通過(guò)了國(guó)家教育部鑒定,2000年獲上海市市優(yōu)秀發(fā)明選拔賽一等獎(jiǎng)。
