梁燕,女,漢族,1963年7月生,渭南市人,博士,西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)園藝學(xué)院蔬菜系三級(jí)教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,國(guó)務(wù)院政府特殊津貼專家,金銀花示范基地“三八紅旗手”,陜西省教育工會(huì)“五一巾幗標(biāo)兵”,番茄品質(zhì)和抗逆控制規(guī)律與遺傳改良研究團(tuán)隊(duì)首席專家。她在蔬菜種質(zhì)資源研究、番茄育種與生物技術(shù)應(yīng)用等方面取得了顯著成就。

研究領(lǐng)域

主要研究方向是番茄遺傳育種與蔬菜種質(zhì)資源研究。研究?jī)?nèi)容主要包括,一番茄的主要性狀(包括品質(zhì)(番茄紅素)、抗逆、抗病、耐貯運(yùn)和連續(xù)結(jié)果等)的遺傳與改良,二蔬菜種質(zhì)資源的遺傳多樣性、優(yōu)異種質(zhì)和性狀的挖掘、創(chuàng)制與利用以及種質(zhì)資源數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等研究。三現(xiàn)代生物技術(shù),包括基因工程細(xì)胞工程等技術(shù)在番茄育種和蔬菜種植資源研究上的應(yīng)用研究。

1985年參加工作,曾從事辣椒育種和草莓保護(hù)地栽培研究。1987年以來(lái)一直從事蔬菜種質(zhì)資源研究, 90年代開(kāi)始番茄育種與生物技術(shù)研究。

科研項(xiàng)目

先后承擔(dān)和完成國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家“863”項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目、農(nóng)業(yè)部“948”項(xiàng)目、中外合作項(xiàng)目及省攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目等20余項(xiàng)。研究?jī)?nèi)容涉及蔬菜種質(zhì)資源、蔬菜新品種選育、蔬菜生物技術(shù)與細(xì)胞工程等。

蔬菜種質(zhì)資源研究,連續(xù)承擔(dān)國(guó)家“七五”“八五”“九五”“十五”攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目和陜西省攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目等;對(duì)陜西省不同生態(tài)區(qū)域蔬菜種質(zhì)資源(包括無(wú)性繁殖蔬菜種質(zhì)資源)的進(jìn)行了的全面調(diào)查收集,鑒定、評(píng)價(jià)、編目和入庫(kù);搞清了陜西省蔬菜種質(zhì)資源的構(gòu)成及地區(qū)分布特點(diǎn)、基本性狀的變異范圍,建立了包含2 萬(wàn)余個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)的國(guó)家級(jí)資源目錄;研究建立了主要蔬菜作物種質(zhì)資源的品質(zhì)分析和抗病性人工鑒定方法,并對(duì)菜豆結(jié)球白菜、蘿卜種質(zhì)資源進(jìn)行了人工分析鑒定,篩選出了一批品質(zhì)優(yōu)異種質(zhì),抗病以及綜合性狀優(yōu)異的種質(zhì)。同時(shí),開(kāi)展種質(zhì)資源多樣性以及核心種質(zhì)研究、蔬菜種質(zhì)資源更新保存技術(shù)研究、種質(zhì)資源創(chuàng)制技術(shù)研究和種質(zhì)資源數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究。

番茄育種研究,先后承擔(dān)國(guó)家“863”項(xiàng)目“番茄新品種選育及繁種技術(shù)研究”,農(nóng)業(yè)部“948”項(xiàng)目“高效設(shè)施園藝新技術(shù)新品種的引進(jìn)與示范”,中國(guó)與AVRDC合作項(xiàng)目“ARC-AVRDC特異番茄種質(zhì)資源的引進(jìn)、研究與利用”,陜西省攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目“番茄種質(zhì)資源引進(jìn)與新品種選育”以及陜西省回國(guó)留學(xué)人員項(xiàng)目、楊凌示范區(qū)基金項(xiàng)目等。主要開(kāi)展番茄新品種選育以及主要性狀的遺傳研究。利用國(guó)外引進(jìn)優(yōu)異資源,選育出了優(yōu)質(zhì)、高產(chǎn)、抗病、耐儲(chǔ)運(yùn)的櫻桃番茄新品種2個(gè)。圍繞番茄品質(zhì)性狀(特別是番茄紅素)開(kāi)展番茄紅素含量隨果實(shí)發(fā)育的變化規(guī)律研究,番茄紅素的品種分布規(guī)律研究,番茄紅素的遺傳特性及其與其它農(nóng)藝性狀的相關(guān)性研究。對(duì)番茄主要數(shù)量性狀,包括早期產(chǎn)量、總產(chǎn)量、單果重、單株果數(shù)、單株產(chǎn)量、果實(shí)縱徑、果實(shí)橫徑、果形指數(shù)、可溶性固形物、番茄紅素、維生素c可滴定酸、可溶性糖、糖酸比等進(jìn)行遺傳研究。根據(jù)研究結(jié)果,配置了一批適合不同栽培方式、不同食用方式的番茄新組合,已通過(guò)區(qū)域試驗(yàn)和生產(chǎn)示范,將于近期認(rèn)定。

生物技術(shù)細(xì)胞工程研究,得到了國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金委員會(huì)“蔬菜番茄紅素代謝及其基因工程”“結(jié)球白菜異源胞質(zhì)雄性不育系遺傳規(guī)律及不育機(jī)制研究”等項(xiàng)目的資助。根據(jù)反義技術(shù)原理,研究了茄紅素-β-環(huán)化酶反義核糖核酸對(duì)茄紅素-β-環(huán)化酶形成的影響乃至對(duì)茄紅素代謝的影響,獲得了高茄紅素含量的轉(zhuǎn)基因植株。研究了茄紅素離體細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)體系,提出了適宜的培養(yǎng)基、培養(yǎng)時(shí)間、培養(yǎng)溫度、蔗糖濃度、PO43-濃度以及激素種類和濃度等。從細(xì)胞學(xué)和生物化學(xué)(酶學(xué))方面揭示了大白菜細(xì)胞質(zhì)雄性不育的機(jī)制,結(jié)果在國(guó)際園藝學(xué)會(huì)上口頭交流。同時(shí)開(kāi)展生物技術(shù)在番茄育種和種質(zhì)資源研究中的應(yīng)用研究。

主持選育蔬菜新品種3個(gè),其中櫻桃番茄新品種2個(gè)、辣椒新品種1個(gè)。發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文50余篇,主編和參與編寫(xiě)出版了《中國(guó)蔬菜品種志》上、下卷,《陜西省蔬菜品種志》等著作8部,制訂了3個(gè)陜西省無(wú)公害蔬菜地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。經(jīng)常參加國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)各種學(xué)術(shù)交流活動(dòng),先后7次赴國(guó)外進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)和交流。
