蘇成勇,男,甘肅民勤人。中山大學(xué)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師,“973”項(xiàng)目首席科學(xué)家。現(xiàn)任中山大學(xué)化學(xué)化學(xué)工程學(xué)院副院長。 1968年10月出生于內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)。1996年畢業(yè)于蘭州大學(xué),獲博士學(xué)位。曾在中山大學(xué)、美國南卡羅來納大學(xué)從事過博士后研究工作,斯圖加特大學(xué)洪堡學(xué)者,香港中文大學(xué)訪問學(xué)者。

蘇成勇1968年10月出生于內(nèi)蒙古。1996年畢業(yè)于蘭州大學(xué)。

中山大學(xué)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師,現(xiàn)任中山大學(xué)化學(xué)與化學(xué)工程學(xué)院副院長,“973”項(xiàng)目首席科學(xué)家。1996年畢業(yè)于蘭州大學(xué),獲博士學(xué)位。曾在中山大學(xué)、美國南卡羅萊納大學(xué)從事過博士后研究工作,在德國斯圖加特大學(xué)做洪堡學(xué)者,香港中文大學(xué)做訪問學(xué)者。

目前主要從事與環(huán)境能源材料相關(guān)的超分子結(jié)構(gòu)化學(xué)與配位超分子化學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究,主持過國家杰出青年基金、973計(jì)劃、國家自然科學(xué)基金(重點(diǎn)、面上、青年)、廣東省自然科學(xué)基金等多項(xiàng)科研項(xiàng)目。迄今發(fā)表SCI收錄論文200多篇,包括化學(xué)領(lǐng)域國際高水平研究性雜志如J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Chem., Chem. Mater., Chem. Commun. 等,論文被他引或評述4300多次,H指數(shù)39。應(yīng)邀擔(dān)任國際知名期刊Inorg. Chem. Comm.亞太地區(qū)主編,J. Mater. Chem.顧委,《科學(xué)通報(bào)》、《物理化學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》、《化學(xué)進(jìn)展》編委,中國晶體學(xué)會常務(wù)理事。曾獲教育部高等學(xué)校科學(xué)技術(shù)獎自然科學(xué)獎一等獎(第一完成人,2007年)、廣東省自然科學(xué)獎二等獎(第三完成人,2000年),2000年獲中國化學(xué)會青年化學(xué)獎,2005年獲國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金、廣東省優(yōu)秀博士后稱號,2008年獲廣東青年中國青年五四獎?wù)?/a>,2009年被評為南粵優(yōu)秀教師,2010年獲廣東省丁穎科技獎, 2011年獲寶剛優(yōu)秀教師獎。

人物事跡

蘇成勇教授忠誠黨的高等教育事業(yè),熱愛國家和民族,對待工作兢兢業(yè)業(yè),對待同事謙虛熱情,對待學(xué)生言傳身教、以身作則。在1996年剛到中山大學(xué)就積極加入中國共產(chǎn)黨,是一位有十多年黨齡的青年教師,在工作中一直以黨員的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)嚴(yán)格要求自己,發(fā)揮模范帶頭作用,將對黨和國家的忠誠和熱愛體現(xiàn)在實(shí)際工作之中,經(jīng)常是不分節(jié)假日,在實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作到晚上關(guān)門為止。在國外深造期間,一直堅(jiān)持指導(dǎo)研究生科研與學(xué)位論文工作,仍然以中山大學(xué)為完成單位發(fā)表了多篇學(xué)術(shù)論文,并在學(xué)院需要的時刻及時回國服務(wù)。

憑借任勞任怨的工作態(tài)度和持之以恒的鉆研精神,經(jīng)過十年多艱苦的努力,終于成長為化學(xué)院教學(xué)、科研并重的青年骨干,取得優(yōu)異的成績。

自97年博士后尚未出站起,蘇成勇博士就一直承擔(dān)第一線教學(xué)與課程建設(shè)任務(wù),是目前化學(xué)院青年科研骨干中少數(shù)堅(jiān)持上近200人的本科生基礎(chǔ)大課的教師之一。他承擔(dān)的《結(jié)構(gòu)化學(xué)》課程是化學(xué)院公認(rèn)難度最大的化學(xué)骨干課程之一,學(xué)生普遍對該課程具有畏難心理。但他善于將教學(xué)內(nèi)容與科研前沿知識貫徹起來,深入淺出,寓教于樂,取得很好的教學(xué)效果,深受學(xué)生喜愛,在學(xué)校通過學(xué)生匿名打分組織的全校課程評估中名列前茅。目前已將《結(jié)構(gòu)化學(xué)》建設(shè)為校級精品課程,獲得學(xué)校教學(xué)改革項(xiàng)目資助,正在向省級精品課程建設(shè)方向努力。積極組織物理化學(xué)二級學(xué)科的學(xué)科建設(shè),已獲廣東省重點(diǎn)學(xué)科。他同時參與國家本科生能力提高項(xiàng)目,指導(dǎo)本科生創(chuàng)新化學(xué)試驗(yàn)、本科生畢業(yè)論文,積極組織、參與青年人才培養(yǎng)工作,先后為碩、博士研究生講授《現(xiàn)代物理化學(xué)專題》、《超分子化學(xué)與物理》、《化學(xué)前沿進(jìn)展》等專業(yè)必修和選修課程,講授前沿性學(xué)科內(nèi)容,培養(yǎng)研究生的科研興趣和理論素質(zhì)。在研究生科研指導(dǎo)中,他注重引導(dǎo)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新精神和獨(dú)立工作能力,循循善誘;生活中平易近人,做學(xué)生的良師益友,強(qiáng)調(diào)研究生思想素質(zhì)與品德培養(yǎng)。他同時注重培養(yǎng)青年教師,將年輕的副教授和講師組織到研究團(tuán)隊(duì)中,并進(jìn)一步培養(yǎng)他們的獨(dú)立科研能力與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。目前已經(jīng)協(xié)助或獨(dú)自培養(yǎng)博士生6人,碩士生7人,在讀碩、博士生10余人,多名碩士研究生獲得碩博聯(lián)讀資格。已培養(yǎng)的碩、博士畢業(yè)生中有三人已獲得教授職稱,一人獲得副教授職稱,四人在美國深造。

在科研方面,蘇成勇作為化學(xué)院年輕的學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人,近年主持了多項(xiàng)國家、教育部、科技部、廣東省自然科學(xué)基金,在配位超分子化學(xué)的分子與晶體工程、固體與納米材料物理化學(xué)等領(lǐng)域取得一系列創(chuàng)新性重要成果和優(yōu)異的學(xué)術(shù)成績,并于近兩年分別獲得“國家杰出青年基金”、教育“部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃”、廣東省“千百十人才工程”(省級)等重要人才計(jì)劃以及科技部國家重點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)研究發(fā)展“973”計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目、國家基金委重點(diǎn)科研基金項(xiàng)目的資助。

在科研、教學(xué)工作之余,蘇成勇教授還積極參與組織與社會工作。1997-2000年期間擔(dān)任廣東省博士后研究人員聯(lián)誼會秘書長,熱心為廣大博士后服務(wù)。四年期間,主持聯(lián)誼會日常工作并組織多次重要的會議、活動,如與北京博士后聯(lián)誼會、汕頭市政府聯(lián)合籌建“京粵博士后汕頭科技開發(fā)基地”等工作。目前擔(dān)任物化所所長,全心全意為師生服務(wù),積極開展科研項(xiàng)目組織、學(xué)科建設(shè)、人才引進(jìn)、研究生培養(yǎng)、國際合作等細(xì)致工作。近兩年著力整合物理化學(xué)研究所科研、教學(xué)力量,并大力引進(jìn)人才,培養(yǎng)年輕教師,積極組織科研項(xiàng)目,團(tuán)結(jié)合作,協(xié)同攻關(guān),形成了一支年輕有為,生機(jī)活潑,富有創(chuàng)新精神,勇于承擔(dān)重大項(xiàng)目,完全有能力開展國際先進(jìn)水平和創(chuàng)新性研究的學(xué)術(shù)梯隊(duì)。在較短的時間內(nèi),就使得物化所在科研、學(xué)科建設(shè)方面不斷走上新的臺階,科研經(jīng)費(fèi)成倍增長,人才隊(duì)伍不斷壯大,多方面取得歷史性突破,極大地提升了物化所在國內(nèi)高校相同學(xué)科間的競爭力和影響力。

研究領(lǐng)域

在長期的科研實(shí)踐中,蘇成勇教授逐步組建了一支包括教授、副教授、講師、博士后、碩博士研究生在內(nèi)的近二十人的、團(tuán)結(jié)向上、富有創(chuàng)新精神的研究隊(duì)伍,在學(xué)科前沿開展了大量基礎(chǔ)性和探索性工作,研究成果具有國際領(lǐng)先水平和創(chuàng)新性,在國內(nèi)外同行學(xué)術(shù)界有很強(qiáng)的影響力。與他合作的美國德國新加坡、中國香港等地著名學(xué)者對他均有很高的評價,有三名外國教授應(yīng)他之邀擔(dān)任中山大學(xué)客座教授,他們有多篇合作論文發(fā)表并有聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士研究生。經(jīng)過多年堅(jiān)持不懈的努力,蘇成勇教授獲得了多項(xiàng)重要創(chuàng)新性成果,具有積極的科學(xué)與社會經(jīng)濟(jì)意義,主要包括:

1. 超分子結(jié)構(gòu)化學(xué),主要涉獵配位超分子結(jié)構(gòu)多樣性中的超分子類質(zhì)同構(gòu)與同質(zhì)異構(gòu)化。

2. 配位超分子化學(xué),主要涉獵籠、管、環(huán)狀金屬超分子的分子工程與低、高維金屬配位聚合物的晶體工程。

3. 材料物理化學(xué),主要涉獵功能分子與無機(jī)化合物有機(jī)雜化分子固體材料與納米材料。

4. 建立了一些納米尺度分子工程的新組裝方法并提出設(shè)計(jì)新思想,闡明了一些結(jié)構(gòu)組裝機(jī)理和模板調(diào)控機(jī)制。包括:1)提出配體分子夾設(shè)計(jì)思想,結(jié)合金屬中心對稱性選擇,建立了高效構(gòu)造熱力學(xué)穩(wěn)定金屬分子籠的新方法;2)通過溶液熱力學(xué)、動力學(xué)研究,確立了金屬分子籠的調(diào)控機(jī)制與組裝機(jī)理;3)提出互補(bǔ)組裝法構(gòu)造具有相同拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)的金屬分子籠,第一次發(fā)現(xiàn)三方金屬分子籠中寄宿金屬配位化合物的現(xiàn)象。利用以上方法,組裝出系列具有旋轉(zhuǎn)對稱性的新穎多邊形棱柱型分子籠,可識別并選擇性吸附客體分子。另外,還組裝出系列箱形、書形、椅形金屬超分子,為特定外形金屬分子構(gòu)筑體的設(shè)計(jì)合成提供了思路。闡述這些設(shè)計(jì)思想的工作在JACS,Angew. Chem., Inorg. Chem., Dalton Trans.等著名期刊發(fā)表了一系列高水論文,并被國際同行大量引用并在綜述、進(jìn)展、專著中多次介紹或評述,有關(guān)方法被在權(quán)威綜述中選做典型合成方法或客體分子識別范例。這些規(guī)則金屬超分子構(gòu)筑體被期望在分子識別、分離、傳輸,分子器件、分子機(jī)器以及選擇催化等方面具有重大科學(xué)與社會經(jīng)濟(jì)意義。盡管這一研究領(lǐng)域在國際上發(fā)展異常迅速,但在國內(nèi)較少有人問津。該課題組克服種種困難,進(jìn)行了艱苦的探索,組裝出系列獨(dú)具結(jié)構(gòu)特色的納米分子輪、箱、籠、環(huán)等等分子構(gòu)筑體,提出新的組裝策略與分子設(shè)計(jì)思想,闡明了組裝機(jī)理和小分子吸附現(xiàn)象,引起國際同行的巨大興趣,被廣泛引用和評述,部分成果具有開創(chuàng)性的科學(xué)意義,也具有作為微型反應(yīng)器、催化器、分子容器等方面的現(xiàn)實(shí)應(yīng)用價值。

5. 建立了一些微納配位空間晶體工程的結(jié)構(gòu)模型并提出新的結(jié)構(gòu)概念,闡明了一些結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)化機(jī)理和組裝規(guī)律。包括: 首次提出“超分子位置異構(gòu)”概念;第一次發(fā)現(xiàn)梯形結(jié)構(gòu) Borromean 二維拓?fù)渚W(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)模型;通過溶液熱力學(xué)證實(shí)“開環(huán)超分子異構(gòu)”機(jī)理,闡明聯(lián)系封閉型零維結(jié)構(gòu)與多維開放型結(jié)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)化機(jī)理;明確報(bào)道了配位聚合物中的(3,6)拓?fù)渚W(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)模型; 得到第一例非手性單股螺旋配位聚合物; 發(fā)現(xiàn)三角架配體C3構(gòu)象手性在金屬-配體作用和氫鍵等超分子識別下的手性轉(zhuǎn)換與手性傳遞現(xiàn)象;闡明芳環(huán)堆積作用控制的配位聚合物維數(shù)遞增規(guī)律等。以上結(jié)果在 Inorg. Chem., Cryst. Growth & Des., CrystEngComm., Dalton Trans.等著名期刊發(fā)表了一系列高水論文,并被國際同行大量引用,多項(xiàng)結(jié)果被在綜述、進(jìn)展、專著中做長篇幅介紹。該研究方向?qū)?yīng)的無機(jī)化合物晶體工程無疑是當(dāng)今配位化合物領(lǐng)域中最具發(fā)展前景的方向之一,可以用于有目的的設(shè)計(jì)有預(yù)期結(jié)構(gòu)和有用性能的新材料,在吸附、儲能、催化、導(dǎo)電、磁性、光學(xué)材料等新功能材料、仿生學(xué)研究中有廣泛而誘人的應(yīng)用前景。這些結(jié)果為克服目前分子晶體工程所面臨的“分子設(shè)計(jì)”、“定向組裝”挑戰(zhàn),提供了具有實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義的基礎(chǔ)信息。

6. 發(fā)現(xiàn)一些溫和或環(huán)保型合成微尺度功能固體與納米材料的新方法。包括:制備了系列棒狀、花瓣?duì)睢渲罱饘?a href="/hebeideji/4088229197589116954.html">硫化物納米材料,為半導(dǎo)體材料、通訊材料的研究提供了基礎(chǔ)信息;設(shè)計(jì)合成了一系列對稱與不對稱三腳架密閉型高效稀土發(fā)光配位化合物,進(jìn)一步利用構(gòu)象手性因素,得到自發(fā)拆分的手性配合物,為光電分子固體材料、免疫熒光探針等研究提供合成信息等;獲得三價稀土高效發(fā)光配合物,實(shí)現(xiàn)高效率能量傳輸,分別產(chǎn)生紅光Eu(III), 藍(lán)光Ce(III)和綠光Tb(III)的發(fā)射。其中三價Ce(III)配合物作為藍(lán)光發(fā)光材料具有發(fā)光強(qiáng)度高,波長和強(qiáng)度容易調(diào)節(jié)的特點(diǎn),是稀土配合物中極少被研究的對象。他們系統(tǒng)研究了Ce(III)配合物的光致和電致發(fā)光機(jī)理,并初步考察了其作為LED發(fā)光材料的性能;利用Borromean配位聚合物生長了單晶微管,提出配位化合物單晶管的生長機(jī)制。以上結(jié)果在 Adv. Mater.,Chem. Mater.,J. Phys. Chem. B, Inorg. Chem., Dalton Trans.等著名期刊發(fā)表了一系列高水論文,多篇論文得到審稿人高度評價。微納尺度形貌、大小均一的金屬基固體新材料和納米材料在電、磁、半導(dǎo)體、通訊、航天等諸多方面具有重要科學(xué)價值。該課題組在微尺度金屬-金屬間合功能固體和無機(jī)化合物納米材料構(gòu)造方面探索新的綠色合成技術(shù),不但為固體新物質(zhì)的創(chuàng)造提供途徑,而且具有積極的社會和經(jīng)濟(jì)意義。

學(xué)術(shù)成就

1. 1998年以來,主持多項(xiàng)國家自然科學(xué)基金、廣東省自然科學(xué)基金、國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室和開放實(shí)驗(yàn)室以及中山大學(xué)行動計(jì)劃人才引進(jìn)基金等科學(xué)基金課題。

2. 在包括美國《J. Am. Chem. Soc.》、《Inorg. Chem.》、《Cryst. Growth & Des.》,德國《Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.》,英國《Chem. Commun.》、《Dalton Trans.》等國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表論文100多篇,論文被他人引用400多篇次。

3. 2000年獲中國化學(xué)會“青年化學(xué)家”獎,廣東省自然科學(xué)獎二等獎(第三完成人)。

迄今,蘇成勇教授已在國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)雜志上正式發(fā)表論文150多篇, 絕大部分發(fā)表于美國科技信息所權(quán)威學(xué)術(shù)文獻(xiàn)索引SCI收錄的期刊上,包括化學(xué)綜合學(xué)科國際最高水平的研究性雜志J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int.
