晏月明,首都師范大學生命科學學院教授,博士生導師,中國作物學會常務理事,中國農學會遺傳資源分會理事,北京作物學會副理事長,北京遺傳學會理事,北京市跨世紀人才工程和首都師范大學青年學科帶頭人培養計劃入選者,《作物學報》、《麥類作物學報》、《植物遺傳資源學報》等雜志編委。

個人簡介

主要從事植物分子遺傳學和蛋白質組學的教學與研究工作,先后主持國家自然科學基金重點項目和面上項目、國家973、863計劃項目和轉基因專項以及省部委科研項目10多項,近年來在Genetics, J . Proteomics, Electrophoresis, Theor . Appl . Genet ., 現代生物出版集團 Plant Biol ., Genome, J . Cereal Sci ., J . Agric. Food Chem., Phytochem., Cereal Chem. 等國際核心期刊發表SCI論文40多篇,授權發明專利6項,出版教材2部,獲國家科技進步一等獎1項、省部級科學技術一等獎2項。

主要經歷

1982年7月:獲西南大學(原西南農業大學)農學學士

1988年7月:獲西南大學植物遺傳育種碩士學位;

1996年3月:獲南斯拉夫社會主義聯邦共和國貝爾格萊德大學理學博士學位;

1996年4月-1998年3月:中國農業大學植物遺傳育種系博士后;

2000年10月- 2002年10月:慕尼黑工業大學生命科學中心植物分子遺傳研究室博士后。

研究方向

蛋白質組學方法與應用研究

利用蛋白質組技術(2DE、HPLC、FPLC、HPCE、MALDI-TOF MS、LC-MS/MS等),著重鑒定與小麥品質相關的胚乳貯藏蛋白(主要包括高、低分子量谷蛋白亞基和醇溶蛋白),建立高效的貯藏蛋白亞基快速分離、純化鑒定方法。研究重點是在小麥近緣種中篩選鑒定新的侯選優質貯藏蛋白和特異蛋白亞基的結構、功能及其與面包品質的關系,同時探討不同發育階段貯藏蛋白組的特征與作用機理以及環境因素對蛋白質合成的影響等。

侯選優質蛋白基因分子克隆與功能研究

通過N-端微量測序(microsequencing)、AS-PCR、單克隆抗體和基因文庫技術并結合HPCE、MS等蛋白質組技術,克隆、鑒定對小麥品質有重要作用的貯藏蛋白候選基因,分析所克隆基因的分子結構、表達調控及其功能特性。

貯藏蛋白免疫化學研究

利用單、雙向電泳和HPCE、HPLC、FPLC等技術分離純化優質和候選優質亞基,制備單克隆抗體,用于優質亞基的快速鑒定,并通過篩選表達文庫克隆其編碼基因。

貯藏蛋白分子結構、翻譯后修飾(PTMs)與生物合成研究

利用圓二色譜、激光掃描共聚焦顯微鏡與蛋白質組技術,研究貯藏蛋白的分子結構、磷酸化與糖基化修飾及其對品質的影響以及貯藏蛋白在種子發育過程中的合成、調控、運輸、積累等規律。

基因工程與品質改良研究

通過基因槍、農桿菌介導、花粉管通道等方法轉化優質貯藏蛋白基因,培育優質轉基因小麥,并探討不同貯藏蛋白基因的轉化方法與表達特點及其對面包品質特性的影響等。
