嚴秀平,男,1962年1月生,浙江省臨海市人,南開大學化學學院教授,博士生導師,分析科學研究中心主任,校學術(shù)委員會委員,長江學者特聘教授。2013年1月16日當選中國人民政治協(xié)商會議天津市第十三屆委員會委員。

人物經(jīng)歷

1981年畢業(yè)于浙江臺州師專(現(xiàn)為臺州學院)化學系;

1987和1993年分別獲中科院大連化學物理研究所分析化學碩士學位及中科院生態(tài)環(huán)境研究中心環(huán)境化學博士學位。

1993.7至2000.1間,先后在北京大學化學系、德國Perkin-Elmer儀器公司應用研究部、比利時安特衛(wèi)普大學研究院痕微量化學研究中心及加拿大Saskatchewan大學地球科學系從事博士后研究。

嚴秀平培養(yǎng)博士研究生60余名,其中2名博士生的論文分別獲得2009年全國百篇優(yōu)秀博士學位論文和2013年全國百篇優(yōu)秀博士學位論文提名論文。

工作經(jīng)歷

2000年獲國家杰出青年科學基金資助,2001年入選“天津市131人才工程”第一層次人選,2002年享受國務院政府特殊津貼,2004年入選“天津市授銜專家”,2006年分別入選“長江學者獎勵計劃特聘教授”、“新世紀百千萬人才工程國家級人選”和“首屆天津市德業(yè)雙馨十佳教師”。

發(fā)明與著作

長期從事原子光(質(zhì))譜分析及聯(lián)用技術(shù)、環(huán)境分析化學、生物無機化合物分析化學和先進材料在分析化學中的應用研究,提出了若干電熱原子化過程動力學參數(shù)的測定方法并被國際同行應用于原子化機理的研究,發(fā)展了一系列環(huán)境和生物體系中化學污染物的在線富集分離和檢測聯(lián)用新技術(shù)和新方法,合成了一系列新穎先進功能材料并應用于分離分析、化學和生物傳感。獲發(fā)明專利授權(quán)5項,合作出版學術(shù)著作1部,發(fā)表SCI論文190篇,其中IF>3.0論文78篇(包括Analytical Chemistry (32),Accounts of Chemical Research (1), Chemical Society Reviews (1), Angewandte Chemie (4),Journal of the American Chemical Society (2), Advanced Materials (1),Chemistry – A European Journal (5), Environmental Science & Technology (4)),被SCI期刊引用1518次,H指數(shù)為23。

截止2020年5月,嚴秀平已經(jīng)培養(yǎng)畢業(yè)博士生66名和碩士生32名。他指導的博士生李妍獲全國百篇優(yōu)秀博士學位論文獎。他指導的古志遠獲全國優(yōu)秀博士學位論文提名論文獎。他指導的尹學博李妍、古志遠獲天津市優(yōu)秀博士學位論文獎。他指導的尹學博、李妍、沈曉芳、阿不都卡德爾·阿不都克尤木獲“南開大學杰出學生”稱號。他指導的李妍獲第二屆全國青少年科技創(chuàng)新獎。他指導的吳鵬、古志遠獲國家自然科學基金優(yōu)秀青年基金資助。他指導的古志遠入選中國科學技術(shù)協(xié)會“青年人才托舉工程”。他指導的尹學博、李妍入選教育部新世紀人才計劃。
