梁爾源,1973年生,中國科學院青藏高原研究所研究員,博士生導師,中國科學院高寒生態重點實驗室主任,蘭州大學兼職教授。長期從事青藏高原及其周邊地區的樹輪生態學與氣候學研究,圍繞森林垂直帶、高山樹線和灌木線結構與格局變化及其對氣候變化的響應機制。

個人經歷

1992年9月- 1996年7月 山東師范大學生物系生物教育專業, 獲學士

1996年9月-2001年7月中科院中國科學院植物研究所資源中心植物學專業碩博連讀, 獲理學博士

1998年10月-1999年1月 荷蘭萊登大學標本館訪問學者, 學習植物木材解剖結構分析技術.

2001年11月-2002年8月 法國森林與農業研究中心(CEMAGREF)博士后, 從事樹輪生態學研究.

2002年9月-2004年7月 中科院地理科學與資源研究所博士后, 從事青藏高原的樹輪生態學研究.

2004年10月-2005年12月;2006年11月-2007年04月 洪堡學者,德國漢堡大學

2008年11月-2009年3月 德國漢堡大學,高訪

2004年8月-2009年12月 中科院青藏高原研究所,副研究員

個人成果

1,在變暖背景下,青藏高原樹線位置傾向于向更高海拔爬升,但爬升速率受到種間關系的調控,強調了非氣候因素對生態過程的影響。

2,喜馬拉雅山脈南坡存在干旱脅迫導致的闊葉樹種高山樹線,揭示了樹線上升速率受到春季降水的調控。

3,在高原面上系統開展了高山灌木年輪研究,發現降水而非低溫是高原面上灌叢生態系統的主要限制因子,揭示了變暖引起的水分脅迫限制了高山灌木的更新。
