蔡真，女，醫學博士、博士生導師，現任浙江大學醫學院附屬第一醫院內科血液學教授、主任醫師，同時擔任多發性骨髓瘤治療中心主任、城站院區血液科主任以及血液科、骨髓移植中心副主任。蔡真在血液病臨床、教學及科研工作領域有著30余年的豐富經驗，主要研究多發性骨髓瘤、惡性淋巴瘤、急/慢性白血病等血液系統疾病的診斷與治療。近年來，她在《Leukemia》《Blood》《Haematologica》等國內外刊物發表論文80余篇。蔡真曾獲得國家科學技術進步二等獎，并承擔了多個國家自然科學基金重大國際(地區)合作研究項目、重大研究計劃培育項目、面上項目等。

畢業于原浙江大學醫學院醫學系。
工作經歷
分別于1991-1992年、2000-2001年、2004年、2008年以訪問學者身份在德國呂貝克大學，洪堡大學、圖賓根大學和美國MD Anderson癌癥中心進行基礎和臨床研究。
2001年獲內科學血液學博士學位。
任浙江大學醫學院附屬第一醫院內科血液學教授、主任醫師。浙江大學醫學院附屬第一醫院血液科、骨髓移植中心副主任，城站院區血液科主任。博士生導師。
2014年起受聘為浙江大學求是特聘醫師、是浙江省“151”衛生高層次創新人才。現兼任中國抗癌協會血液腫瘤專委會委員-多發性骨髓瘤學組副組長、中華醫學會血液學分會委員、漿細胞疾病學組副組長、中國病理生理學會實驗血液學專業委員會委員兼亞專業組長、浙江省免疫學會血液免疫專業委員會主任委員、浙江省抗癌協會血液淋巴瘤分會候任主委、浙江省醫學會血液學分會副主任委員、浙江省腫瘤防治聯盟血液學分會主任委員、中國老年醫學血液學專委會常委、中華醫學會血液分會感染專業組委員。
