付昊桓,男,1982年8月出生,中共預備黨員,博士研究生學歷?,F任國家超級計算無錫中心副主任,清華大學地球系統科學系長聘教授。2020年4月28日,付昊桓榮獲第24屆“中國青年五四獎章”。

研究領域

付昊桓副研究員主要研究興趣為地球與環境科學方面的高性能計算;使用圖形處理器(GPU)以及大規??删幊涕T陣列(FPGA)等運算架構實現更高效更快速的科學計算;可適用于異構運算環境的編程支持環境;高性能計算結構的系統模擬。

研究興趣

大規模計算方法:面向異構超級計算機數值分析并行計算、性能調優和重新設計策略。

數據挖掘方法:基于科學數據集的并行數據挖掘方法,利用異構架構加速數據挖掘過程。

編程工具:異構多核架構上大規模應用程序的自動編碼技術。

主要貢獻

以多維度并行及系統性優化的新方法,高效支持了大氣模擬、地震模擬等關鍵科學應用在國產超算系統上千萬核規模的并行,實現了我國在高性能計算應用領域最高獎“戈登 貝爾”獎上的突破(連續兩年蟬聯)。帶領的平均年齡27歲的超算青年團隊,研發了一系列國產應用軟件,實現對基礎科研及產業創新的良好支撐。
