錢(qián)偉,1973年9月出生,男,農(nóng)學(xué)博士,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。中國(guó)作物學(xué)會(huì)、中國(guó)遺傳學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員。德國(guó)DFG重大項(xiàng)目(PP 1530)外聘專(zhuān)家,加拿大農(nóng)業(yè)部AAFC項(xiàng)目評(píng)審專(zhuān)家。

研究方向
1. 油菜基因組學(xué)與雜種優(yōu)勢(shì) 提出了利用油菜亞基因組間雜種優(yōu)勢(shì)的構(gòu)想(Theor Appl Genet 110: 1187-1194; Euphytica 134: 9-15);并探索了利用油菜雜種優(yōu)勢(shì)群的育種思路(Theor Appl Genet 115:27-34;Plant Breeding 28:466-470);研究了油菜雜種優(yōu)勢(shì)與脫氧核糖核酸甲基化的關(guān)系(PLoS ONE 2013, 8(6):e65946),正在開(kāi)展油菜雜種優(yōu)勢(shì)全基因組關(guān)聯(lián)分析。
2. 油菜的進(jìn)化 發(fā)現(xiàn)了中國(guó)小白菜的遺傳滲透對(duì)于油菜栽培遺傳基礎(chǔ)拓寬,以及中國(guó)甘藍(lán)型油菜馴化具有很大的作用(Theor Appl Genet 113: 49-54);提出了利用虛擬異源多倍體研究油菜起源的方法,并探索了油菜C亞基因組的來(lái)源(遺傳 106: 955-961),和甘藍(lán)的遺傳分化(Genet Res and Crop Evo l57: 687-692)。
3. 油菜種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新 先后開(kāi)展了利用油菜近緣種拓寬油菜種質(zhì)的研究,鑒定出了高抗油菜菌核病的甘藍(lán)材料(Euphytica 177: 393-399);采用不同途徑獲得了一批基因組不同于現(xiàn)有油菜栽培的新型甘藍(lán)型油菜,提出了利用油菜親本種的新方法(Theor Appl Genet 126:2073-2080)。
