邵旭東,男,1961年1月生于富陽(yáng)區(qū),畢業(yè)于湖南大學(xué),獲工學(xué)博士學(xué)位。現(xiàn)任湖南大學(xué)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師,同時(shí)擔(dān)任湖南大學(xué)道路橋梁系主任、橋梁工程研究所所長(zhǎng)。邵旭東還是湖南省政協(xié)委員、農(nóng)工民主黨湖南省省委委員。在學(xué)術(shù)界,他兼任中國(guó)公路學(xué)會(huì)橋梁和結(jié)構(gòu)工程學(xué)會(huì)理事、中國(guó)工程建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化協(xié)會(huì)橋梁專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員、國(guó)際橋梁與結(jié)構(gòu)工程協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員、湖南省公路學(xué)會(huì)橋隧學(xué)科分會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng),以及交通部十百千人才工程第一層次人選、交通部新橋梁規(guī)范專家組成員。
