申立銀，男，1959年11月20日出生，現任重慶大學建設管理與房地產學院副院長、教授、博士生導師，重慶大學可持續建設國際研究中心主任。他是中華建設管理研究會創會會長，《建設管理國際學報》和《International journal of construction management》的主編。申立銀教授發表學術論文400余篇，連續6年（2014-2020）被列為愛思唯爾中國高被引學者，享有國際聲譽，并擔任多所大學的名譽和兼職教授。
