Blue是英國近幾年來涌現出的最成功的男聲團體之一。
2001年，Duncan與Antony提議要籌組一個和聲團體，經過一番尋覓，找到了歌技出眾的Lee與好友Simon，從此Blue就這樣誕生了。那么為什么要取名叫Blue，其實理由很簡單，因為他們每個人都擁有一副藍調(Blue)好嗓，4人憑著絕佳默契和演唱實力，很快就受到Virgin集團旗下Innocent音樂廠牌賞識，并由當初打造 史上最早、早成功團體Take That的原班制作班底嶄新策劃，全力栽培他們成為英國新世紀第一R&B偶像實力雙重合一男聲團體。
Duncan生于1979年4月7日，13歲前與母親住在DorSset。在搬遷到Sidmouth后，他進入了戲劇學院學習。在戲劇課獲得A，他覺得自己的聲音有潛力成為歌手。他也在一些初具規模的樂隊中試著演唱，從而更堅定了信心。他說“那種讓牙齒碰撞的感覺真是太美妙了。”更幸運的是，當Duncan遇到了Antony后，他離開了那些水平一般的樂隊。

隨著第2張專輯
將快要結束的2002年里Bue取得了許多獎項，包括2002年度TOTP的最佳流行表演團體。Smash hits 2002年度最佳英國組合、最佳現場表演獎。在Heat、H.O.T. Stars，Daily Star、的年終票選中也獲得了最佳組合的稱號。
在2003年2月的全英大獎的頒獎晚會上，男孩們另人贊嘆的表演了"Riders"更是震懾群芳。同時他們也獲得了另一個極具權威的十大中文金曲最佳流行表演獎。

2003年6月，熱愛和平的Lee同其他歌手共同完成了一張反戰專輯

在2003年12月Blue和被稱為"傳奇人物的"靈魂歌手Stevie Wonder與天后Angie Storn重新演繹了1970年Stevie Wonder的經典之作"signed,Sealed,Delivered,I'am Yours"，男孩們飛到洛杉磯和Stevie Wonder與Angie Storn錄制了這首歌，并且在洛杉磯的一屋頂和他們拍攝了很時尚的錄影帶。
成功進入了排行榜的前5名的"Breathe Easy"在2004年3月發行。這是一首由Lee與制作組Deekay共同完成并且非常動聽的曲目，它在巡演中非常受歡迎。這支單曲的錄影帶是Lee和著名的錄影帶導演Cameron CAasey在布拉格共同完成的。"Breathe Easy"也成功的成為在全球都大受歡迎的歌曲，在許多排行榜上都進入了前10還特別制作了意大利語的版本"A Chi Mi Dice"在意大利取得了第一名。
2004年6月"Bubblin' "也和大家見面了，同時也進入了排行榜的前十名。這是Antony與制作組Deekay共同完成的，這首歌又回到了他們最擅長的R&B曲風。同時經過Simon的重新制作加入了由他的公司Love 4 Music一手打造的R&B組合L.A.D.E的說唱部分。而還有一個與法國組合Link Up合作的版本，命名為"You And Me Bubblin' "。

2004年11月15日Blue的精選輯
在精選推出之前，11月8日一首全心的非常動聽的單曲"Curtian Falls"和歌迷見面，這是男孩們和多產的制作人Stargate的合作。整首歌以Stevie Wonder的經典力作"Lasttime Paradise"為藍本創作出來加以Blue強有力的聲音以及極具感染力的合音使它成為一首完美的經典之作。同時也為法國歌迷特別制作了法國語的版本"Quand Le Rideau Tombe"
2005年年初1月，Blue又演繹了一個屬于自己的"Get Down On It"版本，這是作為精選輯
到目前為止Blue在英國以至權勢件取得了驚人的唱片銷售戰績，在世界范圍內一共有40首歌曲獲得第一，而這張精選無疑是對Blue能力熱情和對歌迷承諾的體現。
這時，Blue在意大利的人氣簡直是非同凡響的... 恰好Simon在意大利。2005年5月發行了這支意大利版本的"Only Words I Konw"其中增加了Simon用意大利語的說唱部分，這支單曲獲得意大利單曲排行榜的第1名，這支單曲是男孩們以團隊的形式發行的最后一張單曲。

出乎預料的是，2005年7月。臺灣也發行了名為<4EVER Blue>的專輯，而這就是屬于臺灣地區的版本了。在曲目方面與意大利版本的差異還是比較大，但另外增加了一張DVD/VCD視頻內容。從此可見Blue在臺灣的人氣真的是很高！在臺灣作為男孩團體的No.1非Blue莫屬。
