孫宏斌，男，1966年12月出生，博士，教授，藥物化學專業博士生導師。現任“天然藥物活性組分與藥效”國家重點實驗室副主任、江蘇省代謝性疾病藥物重點實驗室主任、藥物科學研究院新藥研究中心主任。同時，孫宏斌還擔任江蘇省藥學會藥物化學專業委員會副主任委員、中國藥科大學學位評定委員會和學術委員會委員。
人物經歷
孫宏斌1989年畢業于吉林大學化學系，獲得學士（有機化學）。1995年，他在中國藥科大學獲得博士學位（藥物化學）。隨后，他在中科院上海有機化學研究所和德國亞琛工業大學有機化學研究所從事博士后研究（1995-1998年）。1998-2001年，孫宏斌在美國佛羅里達大學化學系擔任訪問學者。
2001-2003年，他在美國加州Metabolex公司從事新藥研究，期間設計合成的化合物MBX-2044作為抗糖尿病新藥已完成IIa期臨床試驗。
2003年8月，孫宏斌回國任中國藥科大學教授，并于2008年10月兼任法國Cachan高等師范學院Visiting Professor。他在藥物化學、有機合成化學和新藥研究領域有著深入的研究，尤其在五環三萜的化學、生物學及新藥研究方面具有一定的影響力。
學術任職
孫宏斌在學術領域擔任多項重要職務，包括Recent Patents on Anti-Cancer Drug Discovery（IF 2.7）的地區編委，以及Drug Discoveries & Therapeutics、藥學學報（英文版）、中國藥物化學雜志、藥物化學進展（叢書）和中國藥科大學學報的編委。他曾入選教育部“新世紀優秀人才”（2005年）和江蘇省“333高層次人才培養工程”第二層次培養對象（2013年），并獲得中國藥學會“施維雅青年藥物化學獎”（2006年）和EFSD (European Foundation for the Study of 糖尿病) Grant Awards for Collaborative Diabetes Research between China and Europe（2007年）。
科研成就
孫宏斌近年來主持了多項科研基金項目，包括“十二五”國家“重大新藥創制”科技重大專項“1+X”項目之“1”（編號：2013ZX09301303）、國家自然科學基金面上項目（編號：81373303、81072519、30672523)、國家自然科學基金重大研究計劃（培育項目）(編號：90713037)、“十一五”國家“重大新藥創制”科技重大專項（候選藥物）(編號：2009ZX09103-093)、高等學校博士學科點基金優先發展領域項目（編號：20120096130001）和歐洲糖尿病研究基金（EFSD）等。他在國內外期刊發表論文143篇，其中SCI論文82篇；申請專利30多項，其中10項已獲授權；參編著作4部。自2004年以來，已培養畢業碩士生19人，畢業博士生16人，其中1人獲2009年度中國藥學會施維雅青年藥物化學獎，并獲得全國優秀博士論文提名論文獎。目前承擔博士生課程《藥物立體化學》、碩士生課程《藥物化學選論》和本科生課程《藥物設計》的教學工作。
