科研領域
白凡實驗室致力于將先進的單細胞、單分子研究方法,應用于重大醫學疾病問題的研究。
實驗室研究方向:
研究方向一:單細胞基因測序技術應用于癌癥病人外周血循環腫瘤細胞研究,深入探索癌癥轉移的分子生物學機制及通過循環腫瘤細胞測序進行無創癌癥診斷、預后判斷、療效評價的臨床方法。
研究方向二:大樣本基因測序研究癌癥發生、轉移機制。針對明確的臨床問題,采用基因測序手段研究中國人群高發癌癥的突變特征,發掘引起癌癥表型轉化、轉移的關鍵驅動事件。
研究方向三:綜合使用基因測序、熒光成像手段研究細菌行為、致病性,抗生素殺菌原理和細菌抗藥、耐藥的分子機制。
