仇榮亮,1967年11月出生,興化市李中鎮(zhèn)人。中山大學(xué)環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng),教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。九三學(xué)社第十五屆中央委員會(huì)農(nóng)林專門(mén)委員會(huì)副主任,政協(xié)第十三屆廣東省委員會(huì)常委,九三學(xué)社廣東省委會(huì)副主委,華南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)副校長(zhǎng)。負(fù)責(zé)科學(xué)研究發(fā)展、外事、港澳臺(tái)交流與合作、教學(xué)科研基地管理、新農(nóng)村發(fā)展研究院、社會(huì)服務(wù)、扶貧等工作。分管科學(xué)研究院(新農(nóng)村發(fā)展研究院)、國(guó)際交流處(港澳臺(tái)事務(wù)辦公室)、基地管理處、測(cè)試中心(實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物中心)。聯(lián)系獸醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)院、公共管理學(xué)院。
在科研方面,他近十年來(lái)主要從事酸沉降及其生態(tài)影響、水土環(huán)境有機(jī)污染物的來(lái)源與控制、重金屬污染土壤的生物修復(fù)等方向的研究工作。先后主持了4項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金課題,1項(xiàng)國(guó)家863課題,2項(xiàng)廣東省自然科學(xué)基金課題,1項(xiàng)廣東省科技計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目,1項(xiàng)教育部留學(xué)回國(guó)人員基金課題,1項(xiàng)中法國(guó)際合作項(xiàng)目,1項(xiàng)國(guó)家生態(tài)定位站開(kāi)放基金,另外主持了10多項(xiàng)環(huán)境規(guī)劃和環(huán)境影響評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目。
他曾先后赴加拿大、英國(guó)、法國(guó)、比利時(shí)、墨西哥、澳大利亞等十多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)訪問(wèn)或參加國(guó)際會(huì)議。在酸沉降及其生態(tài)影響,陸地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)酸沉降臨界負(fù)荷與大氣污染物控制規(guī)劃,飲水中三氯甲烷及其前驅(qū)物質(zhì)與去除機(jī)理研究,土壤重金屬污染生物修復(fù),環(huán)境影響評(píng)價(jià)與環(huán)境規(guī)劃等方面取得了一系列較高水平的研究成果。近十年來(lái)已在Pedosphere、Environmental Sclence and Technology、Journal of Environmental Science、液態(tài)水 Air and Soil Pollution、環(huán)境科學(xué)、環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)、環(huán)境化學(xué)、中山大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)、南京大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)、中國(guó)環(huán)境科學(xué)、環(huán)境科學(xué)進(jìn)展等國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議及專業(yè)刊物上發(fā)表論文70多篇,參與編寫(xiě)專著兩本,有30多篇論文先后被SCI、EI、CA等國(guó)際檢索刊物收錄,2003年12月獲中國(guó)環(huán)境學(xué)會(huì)青年科技獎(jiǎng)。

2000年任中山大學(xué)環(huán)境科學(xué)系副主任。
2001年晉升為教授。
2002年起任中山大學(xué)環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng),環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程實(shí)驗(yàn)中心主任,博士生導(dǎo)師。
2003年起兼任地球環(huán)境與地球資源研究中心首席專家,《生態(tài)環(huán)境》雜志編委,廣西壯族自治區(qū)政府環(huán)境顧問(wèn)專家。
2008年10月至2013年3月任中山大學(xué)研究生院副院長(zhǎng)。
2012年5月至2019年12月任中山大學(xué)環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)。
2021年3月12日,任命仇榮亮為華南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)副校長(zhǎng)。
2022年6月任九三學(xué)社廣東省委會(huì)副主委。
