任南琪

任南琪,1959年3月4日出生于黑龍江省哈爾濱市,城市水環境專家,哈爾濱工業大學教授、博士生導師、黨委常委、副校長,城市水資源與水環境國家重點實驗室主任??。

任南琪于1978年考入哈爾濱建筑大學,先后獲得學士、碩士學位;1984年碩士畢業后留校工作,先后擔任助教、講師;1993年至1996年擔任哈爾濱建筑工程學院市政與環境工程系副主任;1994年獲得哈爾濱建筑工程學院環境工程博士學位,之后在中國地震局工程力學研究所從事博士后研究工作;1996年至1999年擔任哈爾濱建筑大學校長助理;1998年入選國家“百千萬人才計劃”一、二層次;1999年擔任哈爾濱建筑大學副校長;2000年至2009年擔任哈爾濱工業大學市政環境工程學院院長;2001年獲得國家杰出青年科學基金資助??;2009年當選為中國工程院院士??。

任南琪長期從事城市水資源水環境改善對策,污水生物處理工藝、技術與設備,廢物資源化及能源化理論與技術,環境微生物系統生物學生態學等方面研究。

1987年12月—1993年3月擔任哈爾濱建筑工程學院城市建設系講師。

1994年12月—1997年1月任國家地震局工程力學研究所博士后

1996年3月—1996年4月擔任哈爾濱建筑大學校長助理(正處級)。

1996年4月—1999年6月擔任哈爾濱建筑大學校長助理、黨委常委。

1998年獲得國務院特殊津貼。

1999年6月—2000年6月擔任哈爾濱建筑大學副校長、黨委常委(副司長級)。

主持國家和省部級項目23項。獲國家技術發明二等獎1項、國家科技進步二等獎2項、省部級獎12項,全國創新爭先獎狀,何梁何利基金獎1項,著作12部,發表論文SCI收錄500余篇,總引用12400余次,H因子54,授權國家發明專利61項。

環境微生物分子生態學;污染物生物處理工藝、技術與設備;廢水資源化及能源化理論與技術;環境微生物系統生物學與過程工藝學;流域和大氣有毒污染物(包括POPs等)源匯及遷移轉化規律。

主要成績與貢獻

1、面向低碳減排和可持續發展的重大需求,較早地提出了有機廢水是重要的可再生、可利用資源的理念,革新了以污染物去除為目標導向的傳統廢水處理模式,利用生物技術實現了水中有機污染物梯級利用產氫、產電等生物能源化目標,并取得重要的理論突破和技術創新。率先完成了世界首例生物制氫中試(1999年)和生產規模試驗(2005年),推進了生物制氫技術的工業化進程,曾被評為“2000年中國十大科技進展新聞”,2007年獲國家技術發明二等獎

2、高濃度、難降解工業有機廢水是我國流域水質惡化的重要污染源,亟待解決高效轉化的技術難題。任南琪團隊圍繞著制藥、染料、化工、印染等典型重污染源行業廢水處理技術難題開展了近20年研究,取得重要的理論突破,并結合我國國情開發出經濟、高效、節能的集成化技術,分別于2004年和2010年獲得了國家科技進步二等獎

3、針對我國有毒物質環境風險及生態安全,帶領團隊率先建立起流域水體安全預警體系和應急決策支持平臺,開啟了國家對松花江流域健康水循環和生態安全的長效規劃與關注。主持開展了大尺度環境中持久性有毒物質(PTS)源匯及風險評價研究,組織建立了由6個國家參加的“國際持久性有毒物質聯合研究中心”

4、提出了符合我國國情的生態功能導向的環境污染治理理念及海綿城市建設路徑及技術措施,將城市水處理過程從末端治理、回用及健康循環提升到堅持生態導向的治理理念,提出統籌發揮自然生態功能和人工干預功能的源頭減排、過程控制、系統治理,解決了國家重大需求。

培養理念

任南琪的培養理念是:人才是一切發展的源泉,人才是科學、社會發展的主導,單打獨斗早已不適應新世紀學術、科研發展的需要。

團隊建設

1996年,任南琪開始著手培育優秀的科研團隊。2000年,任南琪開始策劃組建一個多學科交叉融合的人才隊伍,以應對學科發展和重大科研攻關的需求。經過3年努力,成功打造了一支以任南琪為首,聚集了一批國內頂尖優秀青年人才,如馬軍、崔福義、孫德智、趙慶良、馮玉杰、王鵬、于水利汪群慧、劉惠玲、馬放、王愛杰等教授在內的團隊。這支團隊2004年獲批首批教育部創新團隊(城市水質保障與水資源可持續利用)。以這支團隊為依托,2006年中華人民共和國國家發展和改革委員會批準建設的城市水資源開發利用(北方)國家工程研究中心獲批;2007年城市水資源與水環境國家重點實驗室正式獲批;2008年,哈爾濱工業大學首個中國國家中華人民共和國國家自然科學基金委員會“創新研究群體”(城市水質轉化規律與保障技術)獲批。
