高連明,男,中國科學院昆明植物研究所研究員,主要研究領域包括植物系統發育、譜系地理學及植物DNA條形碼。2008年入選云南省中青年學術技術帶頭人后備人才。近年來主持國家基金委國際(地區)合作與交流重大項目、國家自然科學基金面上項目、國家科技基礎性工作專項、973項目專題、中國科學院重要方向性項目和“西部之光”重點項目等10多項。迄今在Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of USA,New Phytologist,Molecular Ecology,PLoS ONE和Taxon等國內外主流刊物上發表論文近60篇,其中SCI期刊收錄論文30多篇,參加編寫專著4部,譯著1部。為African Journal of Agricultural Research,African Journal of 植物學,Annales Botanici Fennici,Biochemical Systematics and Ecology, Botanical Journal of the Linnean Society, Journal of Systematic and Evolution, HortSciene, Journal of Integrative Plant Biology,Journal of Plant Ecology,Nordic Journal of Botany,PLoS ONE, Molecular Ecology,Molecular Ecology Resources,Systematics and Biodiversity, Taxon, Tree Genetics and Genomes等雜志審稿人。現任《植物分類與資源學報》編委、《生物多樣性》編委、國際生命條形碼植物工作組成員。

研究介紹

主要從植物系統發育、譜系地理學及植物DNA條形碼的研究。系統地開展了紅豆杉屬植物的系統發育、譜系地理學和物種形成等方面的研究,提出了高山(如怒山大巴山脈)和峽谷(如臺灣海峽)是阻礙譜系間基因流的天然屏障的新觀點,揭示了青藏高原隆升和亞洲季風形態導致西藏紅豆杉的隱形物種形成,研究工作受到國際同行的廣泛關注和引用。作為主要貢獻人,參與國際植物DNA核心條碼的評價與標準制定,利用DNA條形碼技術發現了歐亞紅豆杉植物有4個隱存種,提出了紅豆杉屬物種快速鑒定的方法。運用多學科的方法開展了杜鵑花屬系統發育與物種形成研究,基于分子、形態和地理分布等證據證明了粉紅爆杖花碎米花爆杖花的天然雜種,完成了杜鵑屬馬銀花亞屬的系統發育重建和分類修訂,結果被《Flora of China》采納,已發表杜鵑屬6個新種和3個新變種,歸并了5個杜鵑花異名,參與申請注冊杜鵑屬新品種5個。

研究領域

中國重要植物類群的脫氧核糖核酸條形碼研究:系統開展我國重要類群,如紅豆杉科杜鵑花科等的DNA條形碼研究,建立這些屬種的DNA條形碼標準數據庫,完成這些類群“iFlora”的基本框架研制,為“iFlora研究計劃”的研制提供資料和數據。此外,以高黎貢山云南玉龍雪山為研究地點,設立跨環境梯度的多個樣方,利用DNA條形碼技術開展群落系統發育和物種共存機制研究,揭示全球氣候變化情景下植物群落物種組成的變化與穩定機制。

重要類群的譜系地理學與物種形成研究:利用分子標記和基因組測序技術,在居群水平上深入系統地開展紅豆杉屬的物種形成、譜系分化、保護遺傳學和生態位模擬等研究;同時以杜鵑花屬天然雜交種為突破口,利用分子標記和新一代測序技術開展杜鵑花屬物種形成和適應性進化研究。
