黃永箴,男,博士,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。分別于1983年、1986年和1989年在北京大學(xué)物理系獲得學(xué)士、碩士和博士學(xué)位,1989年進(jìn)入中科院半導(dǎo)體研究所,2002年獲得國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金。

工作經(jīng)歷

1983年北京大學(xué)物理系獲得學(xué)士。

1986年北京大學(xué)物理系獲得碩士學(xué)位。

1989年北京大學(xué)物理系獲得博士學(xué)位。

1989年進(jìn)入中科院半導(dǎo)體研究所工作。

1994年作為訪問學(xué)者在英國電信實(shí)驗(yàn)室從事長波長InGaAsP垂直腔面發(fā)射激光器的研制。

科學(xué)研究

研究方向

主要研究半導(dǎo)體微腔激光器、半導(dǎo)體光放大器、量子點(diǎn)半導(dǎo)體激光器和光放大器、微腔光學(xué)濾波器、以及微腔激光器與硅光波導(dǎo)的混合集成及其在光互連上的應(yīng)用技術(shù)。

科研成果

作為主要骨干參加了“863”項(xiàng)目垂直腔面發(fā)射激光器和InGaAs垂直腔面發(fā)射激光器的研制,在國內(nèi)首次研制出GaAs垂直腔面發(fā)射激光器和選擇氧化垂直腔面發(fā)射激光器。1994年在英國電信實(shí)驗(yàn)室做訪問學(xué)者,研制了1550nm InGaAsP垂直腔面發(fā)射激光器。獲得2002年國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金,重點(diǎn)研究光學(xué)微腔的模式特性并研制微腔激光器。十年來系統(tǒng)研究了適于光子集成的定向輸出微腔半導(dǎo)體激光器,在國際上率先研究得出正三角形和正方形光學(xué)微腔的模式解析解,并研制出室溫連續(xù)工作的正三角形和正方形光學(xué)微腔半導(dǎo)體激光器,以及帶輸出波導(dǎo)的圓形微腔半導(dǎo)體激光器。獲得2008 年中科院半導(dǎo)體研究所優(yōu)秀科研成果獎(jiǎng),正方形光學(xué)微腔半導(dǎo)體激光器和微腔雙穩(wěn)態(tài)半導(dǎo)體激光器分別入選《激光與光電子學(xué)進(jìn)展》雜志評(píng)選的2008和2009年度中國光學(xué)重要成果。

獲得五項(xiàng)中國發(fā)明專利和一項(xiàng)美國發(fā)明專利,發(fā)表SCI論文九十多篇。

人才培養(yǎng)

黃永箴所培養(yǎng)的博士獲得三次中科院院長優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng),兩次中科院優(yōu)秀博士論文,和一次全國百篇優(yōu)秀博士論文。2019年4月,黃永箴應(yīng)廈門大學(xué)物理科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院李成教授邀請(qǐng),到廈門大學(xué)進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)交流,為師生做題為“回音壁微腔激光器及其集成研究”的學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告。他在報(bào)告中介紹了回音壁微腔研究和應(yīng)用及其課題組在微腔激光器的部分研究成果。

榮譽(yù)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)

1、2002年獲得國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金。
