許文濤,男,1979年11月出生,安徽人,教授。畢業(yè)于中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué),獲得授權(quán)國家專利多項(xiàng)。

人物經(jīng)歷

許文濤在中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)食品科學(xué)與營養(yǎng)工程學(xué)院攻讀了學(xué)士(食品營養(yǎng)與生物技術(shù)專業(yè)),博士(食品生物技術(shù)專業(yè));后在中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)任教,期間去加拿大歐盟四國短期交流訪問。曾任農(nóng)業(yè)部農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)測試中心(北京)重金屬和微生物檢測室主任。農(nóng)業(yè)部農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)基因生物食用安全監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)測試中心(北京)分子檢測室主任兼主任助理。國家無公害食品評(píng)審委員會(huì)委員。長春工業(yè)大學(xué)特聘碩士生導(dǎo)師。《食品安全與檢測》雜志編委。至今擔(dān)任中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)營養(yǎng)與健康系教授,2013-2014年間作為訪問學(xué)者前往馬里蘭大學(xué)。2006-2020年在中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)擔(dān)任講師、副教授。2019年和2021年榮獲中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)“優(yōu)秀教師”榮譽(yù)稱號(hào),2014年榮獲第二屆“師恩杯”我最喜愛的導(dǎo)師。入選北京市科技新星、教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才。農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)測試中心(北京)副主任兼技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人,農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)基因生物安全評(píng)價(jià)(食用)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室副主任,農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部農(nóng)產(chǎn)品貯運(yùn)保鮮質(zhì)量安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估實(shí)驗(yàn)室(北京)副主任。同時(shí),擔(dān)任北京理化分析測試技術(shù)學(xué)會(huì)適配體交叉技術(shù)分會(huì)秘書長。

許文濤教授主講的課程包括《食品安全案例》(研究生)、《食品質(zhì)量與安全控制》(本科生)、《功能核酸營養(yǎng)與健康》(研究生)、《食品安全熱點(diǎn)案例透視》(本科生)和《轉(zhuǎn)基因食品社會(huì)文化倫理透視》(本科生)。

參講課程

參與講授的課程有《食品生物技術(shù)進(jìn)展》(本科生和研究生)、《食品生物技術(shù)概論》《轉(zhuǎn)基因食品現(xiàn)狀與展望》和《食品安全技術(shù)研究進(jìn)展》。

研究方向

許文濤教授的主要研究方向包括轉(zhuǎn)基因生物安全評(píng)價(jià)與檢測、食品安全分子檢測技術(shù)、食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子作用機(jī)理。此外,他還專注于功能核酸的篩選裁剪、生物傳感、納米材料及靶向藥物的研究;功能食品的配方開發(fā)、作用機(jī)制、精準(zhǔn)營養(yǎng)及功效評(píng)價(jià);以及農(nóng)業(yè)生物技術(shù)合成生物學(xué)產(chǎn)品的分子特征及安全評(píng)價(jià),生物毒素的精準(zhǔn)檢測及精準(zhǔn)毒理機(jī)制解析。

研究成果

代表著作

許文濤教授在食品安全領(lǐng)域已經(jīng)發(fā)表論文80余篇,其中SCI收錄30余篇,教育部成果鑒定兩項(xiàng),申請(qǐng)專利20余項(xiàng),獲得授權(quán)國家專利多項(xiàng)。他出版了專著《功能核酸生物傳感器-理論篇》《Functional Nucleic Acids Detection in Food Safety》《Ochratoxin A: Biosynthesis, Detection and Biological Toxicity》《食品安全典型案例解析及教程》等,并主編了教材《食品安全學(xué)》《轉(zhuǎn)基因食品安全評(píng)價(jià)與檢測技術(shù)》《食品安全案例解析》《轉(zhuǎn)基因食品社會(huì)文化倫理透視》等。
