林敏,中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院生物技術(shù)研究所所長,研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師。

2016年6月12日,農(nóng)業(yè)部向社會(huì)公示了第五屆農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)基因生物安全委員會(huì)委員名單,林敏為國家農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)基因生物安全委員成員。

主要履歷

1985年畢業(yè)于四川大學(xué)生物系生化專業(yè);

1991年獲中國農(nóng)科院研究生院生物物理專業(yè)農(nóng)學(xué)博士學(xué)位;

1988.8--1993.8,中國農(nóng)科院原子能所生物技術(shù)室;

1993.8--1994.5,法國巴斯德研究所生物技術(shù)系博士后,從事聯(lián)合固氮基因克隆和表達(dá)研究;

1997.6--1998.4,荷蘭瓦赫寧根荷蘭農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院植保所訪問學(xué)者,從事基因工程固氮微生物環(huán)境釋放生物安全評價(jià)技術(shù)研究;

2002.12-至今,中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院生物技術(shù)研究所研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師、所長。

社會(huì)兼職

曾任“十五”國家“863”計(jì)劃生物領(lǐng)域生物工程技術(shù)主題專家組專家、國家自然科學(xué)基金委員會(huì)第十一屆生命科學(xué)部評審組專家。2009年國家杰出青年基金獲得者。現(xiàn)為國家生物基因工程安全委員會(huì)委員、中國農(nóng)業(yè)生物技術(shù)學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)副理事長、中國生物工程學(xué)會(huì)副理事長。

研究方向

主要從事水稻聯(lián)合固氮微生物的功能基因組合成生物學(xué)研究,以及抗除草劑、耐輻射、抗鹽耐旱等特殊功能微生物基因資源的開發(fā)利用。

主要貢獻(xiàn)

近年來主持和參加國家863計(jì)劃“特殊微生物基因資源開發(fā)利用”、國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目“固氮施氏假單胞菌A1501功能基因組”、國家973計(jì)劃“聯(lián)合固氮菌固氮基因網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)控與酶催化分子機(jī)理”、國家轉(zhuǎn)基因重大專項(xiàng)“抗逆和抗除草劑關(guān)鍵基因克隆及功能驗(yàn)證”、科技部國際合作重大課題“轉(zhuǎn)基因成分檢測技術(shù)的研究”等課題。

近年來開展了系統(tǒng)深入的研究工作并取得如下進(jìn)展:

(1)完成了斯氏假單胞菌感染A1501全基因組測序,是目前國際上完成全基因組序列分析的第一例聯(lián)合固氮菌。利用基因芯片、適時(shí)定量PCR和非極性突變株構(gòu)建等方法,鑒定了一系列可能參與細(xì)菌氮信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)或保持最佳固氮水平的新基因,開展了固氮系統(tǒng)進(jìn)化、固氮網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)控、以及固氮調(diào)控元件和功能模塊的合成生物學(xué)系統(tǒng)研究。

(2)從極端環(huán)境如新疆戈壁灘、核爆炸中心區(qū)沙漠土壤取樣,建立了微生物生態(tài)基因組文庫并開始進(jìn)行了元基因組測序,鑒定了多株耐輻射微生物屬新種,開展了耐輻射新種D. gobiensis I-0全基因組、轉(zhuǎn)錄組和蛋白組分析以及極端抗性機(jī)制的研究工作。獲得一系列具有潛在抗逆能力如耐鹽/抗旱的功能基因。耐輻射總體調(diào)控基因irrE在大腸桿菌中的表達(dá)增強(qiáng)細(xì)胞的耐輻射能力和提高細(xì)胞抗氧化能力,將irrE基因?qū)霟煵荨⒂筒酥校黠@提高了植物耐鹽抗旱性能。

(3)克隆了一系列新型草甘膦抗性EPSPS編碼基因。構(gòu)建了含草膦抗性EPSP合酶基因和草甘膦N-乙轉(zhuǎn)移酶(GAT)基因的單價(jià)和雙價(jià)植物表達(dá)質(zhì)粒,通過膿桿菌介導(dǎo)方法導(dǎo)入不具草甘膦抗性的煙草、油菜、玉米品種中,通過花粉管通道法轉(zhuǎn)入棉花中,分別獲得了能夠耐受草甘膦的轉(zhuǎn)基因棉花、油菜、水稻、玉米、大豆、小麥等。轉(zhuǎn)基因棉花和油菜已進(jìn)入生物安全評價(jià)的中間試驗(yàn)階段,轉(zhuǎn)基因抗草甘膦玉米已批準(zhǔn)進(jìn)入環(huán)境釋放。

申請與抗草甘膦基因和耐鹽抗旱基因相關(guān)的國內(nèi)專利二十余項(xiàng),國際PCT專利4項(xiàng),其中獲國內(nèi)專利4項(xiàng), 美國專利1項(xiàng)。培養(yǎng)碩士研究生12名,指導(dǎo)博士研究生15名。
