吳雪峰,男,1976年12月出生,籍貫太倉市,研究生學(xué)歷,博士學(xué)位,2005年6月參加工作,2001年1月加入中國共產(chǎn)黨。紫金山天文臺(tái)“百人計(jì)劃研究員”。目前主要研究伽瑪射線暴等高能天體物理現(xiàn)象。現(xiàn)任紫金山天文臺(tái)副臺(tái)長、紫金山天文臺(tái)高能時(shí)域天文研究團(tuán)組首席科學(xué)家、中科大與紫金山天文臺(tái)共建天文與空間科學(xué)學(xué)院副院長。

吳雪峰,漢族,1976年12月出生于江蘇太倉市。2011年5月被聘為紫金山天文臺(tái)“百人計(jì)劃研究員”,從事中國南極洲天文中心時(shí)域天文工作,目前主要研究伽瑪射線暴等高能天體物理現(xiàn)象。2000年本科畢業(yè)于南京大學(xué)理科強(qiáng)化班,2005年在南京大學(xué)天文與空間科學(xué)學(xué)院獲得天體物理專業(yè)博士學(xué)位。2005年博士畢業(yè)后在中科院紫金山天文臺(tái)做博士后研究工作,2006年12月至2008年1月在加州理工學(xué)院做訪問學(xué)者(visitor in astronomy),2008年2月至2010年3月在賓夕法尼亞州立大學(xué)做博士后(research associate),2010年4月至2011年3月在內(nèi)華達(dá)州大學(xué)拉斯維加斯分校做博士后(postdoc research associate)。先后主持或參加自然基金委青年基金、中國科學(xué)院“優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文科研啟動(dòng)專項(xiàng)資金”、中國博士后科學(xué)基金一等資助金、中科院王寬誠博士后工作獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)基金、江蘇省博士后科研資助計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目、科技部973項(xiàng)目“黑洞及其它致密天體物理的研究”、自然基金委創(chuàng)新研究群體科學(xué)基金“宇宙中的恒星形成和起源”、自然基金委重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目“恒星形成和星暴活動(dòng)星系核關(guān)聯(lián)”等國內(nèi)研究項(xiàng)目,以及美國美國航空航天局的Swift、Fermi衛(wèi)星等大型國際合作研究項(xiàng)目,包括Fermi研究基金“Theoretical models of Gamma Ray Bursts in light of the Fermi LAT-GBM observations”。
吳雪峰主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)楦吣芴祗w物理,特別是伽瑪暴、軟伽瑪重復(fù)暴、致密星、活動(dòng)星系核、超新星等方面,也參與時(shí)域天文學(xué)、宇宙學(xué)等方面的研究工作。自2003年以來總計(jì)發(fā)表70余篇SCI論文,論文總引用為2900余篇次

(1)最早詳細(xì)研究了星風(fēng)環(huán)境下的早期余輝,并指出為了與觀測不矛盾,伽瑪暴的前身星在爆發(fā)前其星風(fēng)拋射應(yīng)相當(dāng)弱(Wu,Dai,Huang,Lu,2003,MNRAS;Zou,Wu,Dai,MNRAS,2005);
(2)對X射線耀發(fā)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析及對其動(dòng)力學(xué)模型做出了限制(Wu,Dai,Wang,Huang,Feng,Lu,2007,Advances in Space Research),并且在《Science》雜志上參與提出短時(shí)標(biāo)伽瑪射線暴X射線耀發(fā)的大質(zhì)量快轉(zhuǎn)磁星模型(Dai, Wang,Wu,Zhang,2006,Science);
(3)作為Swift衛(wèi)星“肉眼可見”伽瑪暴GRB 080319B理論組主要負(fù)責(zé)人,提出了該暴的雙成分噴流和星風(fēng)模型(Racusin,Karpov,Sokolowski,Granot,Wu,et al.,2008,Nature);
(4)利用Fermi衛(wèi)星發(fā)現(xiàn)的高能暴GRB 970508 080916C(Abdo,A.A.et al.,2009,Science)和GRB 090510(Abdo,A.A.et al.,2009,Nature)中GeV光子和MeV光子到達(dá)地球的時(shí)間差得到對量子引力效應(yīng)造成的亨德里克·洛倫茲對稱姓破缺的限制結(jié)果,排除了線性破缺,驗(yàn)證了阿爾伯特·愛因斯坦狹義相對論基本假設(shè)的正確性。
