董云社，男，漢族，1961年10月出生，中國科學(xué)院地理科學(xué)與資源研究所研究員。1983年畢業(yè)于西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)土壤農(nóng)業(yè)化學(xué)系，后分配至中國科學(xué)院地理研究所工作。2002年在美茵茨大學(xué)獲得環(huán)境地球科學(xué)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位。曾任中國科學(xué)院新疆生態(tài)與地理研究所副所長。

1983年西北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)土壤農(nóng)業(yè)化學(xué)系大學(xué)畢業(yè)；2000年德國美因茲大學(xué)地理系博士研究生畢業(yè)，并獲得博士學(xué)位。
現(xiàn)任地理科學(xué)與資源研究所創(chuàng)新基地研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師、環(huán)境生物地球化學(xué)與健康研究室主任、所學(xué)術(shù)委員會委員、《地理研究》刊物編委；中國環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)會“環(huán)境地學(xué)專業(yè)委員會”副主任、國際地圈/生物圈計劃中國全國委員會(CNC-IGBP)委員等。
