翟所迪，1956年3月19日出生，漢族，山東人，大學本科學歷。現任北京大學第三醫院藥劑科主任、教授、主任藥師及博士生導師，同時擔任北京大學醫學部藥物評價中心主任。
人物經歷
1998年7月加入中國共產黨。
2003年任中國執業藥師協會理事。
2005年任中國藥學會醫院藥學委員會委員。
2004年任北京藥學會醫院藥學委員會副主委，擔任《中國藥學雜志》《中國醫院藥學雜志》《中國藥房》等7種統計源期刊雜志編委。
主要研究方向是藥劑學、治療藥物監測、臨床藥學。
1978年9月至1982年7月，在蘭州醫學院藥學系學習。
1983年9月至1984年8月，在華北煤炭醫學院學習藥理學。
1991年12月至1992年12年，赴北海道大學附屬醫院學習臨床藥學。
2005年9月至12月，赴日本東京大學醫學部附屬醫院學習臨床藥學。
1982年7月至1987年7月，任蘭州醫學院第一附屬醫院藥師。
1987年8月至1994年8月，任蘭州醫學院第一附屬醫院主管藥師。
1994年9月至1998年1月，任蘭州醫學院第一附屬醫院副主任藥師。
1990年4月至1998年1月，任蘭州醫學院第一附屬醫院副主任。
1998年2月至1999年9月，任首都醫科大學第三醫院副主任藥師。
1999年10月至今，任北京大學第三醫院藥劑科主任。
2003年8月至今，任北京大學第三醫院主任藥師。
2007年8月至今，任北京大學第三醫院藥學院教授。
2000年擔任碩士研究生導師，2006年擔任博士研究生導師，已培養碩士生10名。
主要成就
曾三次獲得中國藥學會科學技術獎三等獎，分別為2007年9月的“高使用頻率藥物的循證研究”和1998年3月的“膽石癥的灌注溶石研究”。
主持過多項科研項目，包括科技部十一五重大新藥創制項目、衛生部臨床重點專科項目、國家自然科學基金面上項目，以及211、863、985等項目。
翟所迪在期刊上發表了多篇論文，包括關于多中心合理使用注射劑的對照干預研究和病房藥品管理的持續改進等。
