汪明，男，漢族，1956年2月22日出生于安徽省含山縣。他是一位博士、教授和預防獸醫學博士生導師。汪明在1999年至2012年期間擔任中國農業大學動物醫學院院長。
人物經歷
1982.01安徽大學生物系生物化學專業學習。
1984.12在北京農業大學獸醫系攻讀并獲碩士學位。
1987.06北京農業大學獸醫學院 助教。
1992.12北京農業大學獸醫學院 講師。
1999.10中國農業大學獸醫學院 副教授 副院長。
1997.07中國農業大學獸醫學院攻讀并獲博士學位。
1999-2012中國農業大學獸醫學學院 教授 博士生導師 院長。
至今 中國農業大學獸醫學院 教授 博士生導師。
兼職
現任國務院獸醫學學科評議組召集人、國務院全國獸醫專業學位教育指導委員會委員、教育部動物醫學專業教學指導委員會主任委員、教育部高等學校文化素質教育指導委員會委員、中國獸醫協會副會長、中國畜牧獸醫學會副理事長、中國畜牧獸醫學會家畜寄生蟲學分會理事長、農業部第八屆科技委員會委員、北京畜牧獸醫學會副理事長、中國獸藥典第四屆委員會委員、全國動物防疫標準化技術委員會委員、中國農業大學校學位委員會委員、《中國獸醫雜志》主編、《中國農業大學學報》副主編、《畜牧獸醫學報》副主編，《動物科學與動物醫學》、《中國預防獸醫學報》、《寄生蟲與醫學昆蟲學報》等學術刊物編委，韓國《獸醫科學學報》國際編委。
主講課程
主講本科生《獸醫寄生蟲學》，研究生《免疫寄生蟲學》及《高級獸醫寄生蟲學》等課程，多次被評為校內一類課程、優秀課程，1997年評為北京市優秀教師。
主要貢獻
主持完成自然科學基金3項，主持完成"九五"國家攻關專題1項及其它橫向課題多項。
目前主持課題有"新獸藥研制開發與抗藥性檢測技術研究"（國家十五攻關課題）、禽用抗球蟲基因工程新型冠狀病毒疫苗的研制（863課題）、利用共生乳酸菌表達寄生昆蟲抗原的研究（教育部重點資助項目）、利用苜表達動物干擾素的研究（教育部博士點基金）、病毒入侵宿主細胞機制研究（國家基金委B類項目）、畜禽重組干擾素的研制與產業化開發（十五國家攻關子課題）。
