劉建輝, 男, 曾經(jīng)系統(tǒng)研究了有機(jī)硅化物在五員雜環(huán)化合物中的應(yīng)用(包括多取代吡咯的合成方法學(xué)、高張力五員雜環(huán)3,4-二去氫吡咯的捕獲),單有機(jī)錫化合物試劑在碳碳偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)中的應(yīng)用,含吡咯與吡啶的大環(huán)的合成。現(xiàn)在在大連理工大學(xué)精細(xì)化工國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作, 從事電化學(xué)發(fā)光材料與新型氫能源的研究。
為國(guó)際重要學(xué)術(shù)期刊(Inorg.Chem., J.Med.Chem.,Tetrahedron, Tetrahedron Lett.)的論文審稿人。
人物經(jīng)歷
1961年2月出生于湖北武漢。1983年畢業(yè)于蘭州大學(xué)藥學(xué)系,畢業(yè)后在蘭醫(yī)附屬一院藥劑科工作,1988年考入北京協(xié)和醫(yī)學(xué)院-清華大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)部(中國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院)醫(yī)藥生物技術(shù)研究所,專業(yè)為微生物藥物學(xué)。在抗生素專家郭惠元教授指導(dǎo)下,進(jìn)行諾類抗菌劑的合成與構(gòu)效關(guān)系研究。碩士畢業(yè)后,在首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)化學(xué)教研室工作。1996年2月公派到香港中文大學(xué)化學(xué)系攻讀博士學(xué)位,在中科院院士黃乃正教授的指導(dǎo)下,從事有機(jī)合成方法學(xué)的研究。獲得博士學(xué)位后由黃乃正教授推薦,于1999年12月被法國(guó)國(guó)家科學(xué)研究中心聘為研究員,在其下屬的波爾多第一大學(xué)有機(jī)與金屬有機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)室從事有機(jī)錫化合物的研究,為期10個(gè)月。從2000年11月至2002年10月,先后在杜伊斯堡-埃森大學(xué)大學(xué)和波鴻大學(xué)做博士后,在G. Dyker教授的研究組從事雜環(huán)化合物的合成研究。

1.有機(jī)合成方法學(xué)及其在功能分子構(gòu)建中的應(yīng)用;
2.與光系統(tǒng)II相關(guān)的釋氧中心的化學(xué)模擬, 卟啉類化合物 與Corroles金屬配位化合物的研究;
3.含硫過(guò)渡金屬絡(luò)合物的研究, 氫酶活性中心的化學(xué)模擬;
4.精細(xì)化工產(chǎn)品的合成 (藥物及其中間體, 農(nóng)藥, 染料和發(fā)光材料等).

2.唯鐵氫化酶活性中心的模擬;
3.Porphyrins與Corroles化合物的合成與性能;
4.片螺素及其非天然類似物的合成與抗腫瘤活性。
