孫軍，天津科技大學海洋與環境學院教授、博士生導師，國家人才計劃入選者。天津市海洋資源與化學重點實驗室主任、天津市雙一流學科海洋科學學科帶頭人、天津科技大學印度洋生態系統研究中心主任。
