張靜 博士,福建農林大學生命科學學院化學生物學系,副教授,碩士生導師。入選“福建省高等學校新世紀優秀人才支持計劃”、“福建省高校杰出青年科研人才計劃”、“福建省衛生系統學術技術帶頭人后備人才”、福建農林大學“金山學者”拔尖人才和學術新秀、“福建農林大學杰出青年科技人才培養”計劃。主要從事納米電化學、光學可視化生物傳感技術和電致化學發光生物傳感技術及其在真菌毒素、腫瘤相關基因、蛋白和金屬離子檢測方面的研究。已成功設計了短直鏈型、發卡型、“Y”型交聯、G-四倍體型、鎖核酸等各類核酸探針,并將其與核酸適配體、脫氧核糖核酸自組裝、納米金屬簇、DNA模擬酶和目標序列誘導循環信號放大等技術相結合,開發了多種高靈敏、高特異性的納米生物傳感器。先后主持國家自然科學基金、福建省自然科學基金、福建省醫學創新基金等多項科研項目。發表SCI論文二十多篇,累計被引用800多次,第一作者或第一通訊作者的SCI總影響因子達92,單篇影響因子大于5.0的有11 篇。一區的8篇。獲“福建省優秀博士論文學位論文三等獎”、 “福建省自然科學優秀學術論文三等獎”、“福建農林大學嚴家顯最高獎教金”、“福建省技術發明獎”(排名第四)。
