蘭恒星,1972年生,山東招遠(yuǎn)人,博士,博士生導(dǎo)師。2010年入選中國(guó)科學(xué)院百人計(jì)劃國(guó)外杰出人才,2015年獲“國(guó)家杰出青年基金”資助。現(xiàn)任中國(guó)科學(xué)院地理科學(xué)與資源研究所研究員、中國(guó)科學(xué)院特聘核心研究員、中國(guó)科學(xué)院大學(xué)崗位教授。曾獲黃汲清青年地質(zhì)科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)等獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。

人物任職

國(guó)際工程地質(zhì)與環(huán)境協(xié)會(huì)(IAEG)滑坡命名方法專(zhuān)委會(huì)主席、國(guó)際期刊《Bulletin of Engineering Geology and the Environment》編委、《Geoenvironmental Disaster》副主編等職,并任Nature 地球科學(xué)等雜志審稿人。

科學(xué)研究

長(zhǎng)期從事環(huán)境與地質(zhì)災(zāi)害機(jī)理、過(guò)程模型和應(yīng)用研究,主要研究方向?yàn)槎喑叨葞r體變形破壞機(jī)理、環(huán)境地質(zhì)災(zāi)害動(dòng)力學(xué)過(guò)程模型與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析。已在國(guó)內(nèi)外重要學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表文章100余篇,其中SCI檢索論文40余篇、EI檢索論文30余篇,出版專(zhuān)著4部,完成國(guó)家級(jí)規(guī)劃4項(xiàng)。論文被引用總計(jì)1700余次。

主要學(xué)術(shù)成績(jī)

(1)理論研究:在大量實(shí)驗(yàn)和長(zhǎng)期現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀測(cè)的基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)展完善了多尺度巖體變形破壞基礎(chǔ)研究,提出多尺度巖體變形破壞的微觀各向異性控制理論,揭示了礦物尺度微觀各向異性對(duì)巖體變形破壞的作用機(jī)理。代表性成果國(guó)際引用領(lǐng)先,其中2010年以來(lái)的代表性成果在湯森路透的Web of Science引用率國(guó)際排名第一。

(2)模型研究:創(chuàng)建了首個(gè)集成GIS系統(tǒng)的三維分布式巖體崩塌動(dòng)力學(xué)過(guò)程模型-RA模型(Rockfall Analyst),在全球近40個(gè)國(guó)家的學(xué)術(shù)界和工程界得到成功應(yīng)用,并被美國(guó)科學(xué)院研究報(bào)告引用,成為國(guó)際主流模型。

(3)應(yīng)用研究:面向國(guó)家需求和重大工程實(shí)際問(wèn)題,完成了一系列應(yīng)用研究,10與項(xiàng)科學(xué)咨詢(xún)研究報(bào)告被國(guó)務(wù)院和中共中央辦公廳等部門(mén)實(shí)質(zhì)采用,并獲得國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人批示,成功應(yīng)用于我國(guó)玉樹(shù)、蘆山、魯?shù)榭h等地震災(zāi)區(qū)的恢復(fù)重建規(guī)劃,更好地服務(wù)于國(guó)家需求。
