王青鋒,男,博士,中國(guó)科學(xué)院武漢植物園水生植物適應(yīng)性進(jìn)化學(xué)科組研究員,博士研究生導(dǎo)師。主要從事水生植物系統(tǒng)進(jìn)化、瀕危植物保護(hù)生物學(xué)、植物繁殖生態(tài)學(xué)等方面的研究工作。研究工作集中在水生植物繁育系統(tǒng)的適應(yīng)性進(jìn)化、重要被子植物門(mén)代表類(lèi)群的的分子系統(tǒng)地理學(xué)以及繁殖生態(tài)學(xué)研究。主持各類(lèi)科研項(xiàng)目15項(xiàng),已發(fā)表研究論文100余篇,主編專(zhuān)著1部。現(xiàn)任中國(guó)科學(xué)院武漢植物園主任。

在武漢植物園研究員王青鋒的指導(dǎo)下,助理研究員魏能等人與福建省林業(yè)相關(guān)部門(mén)一道,圍繞2015年華東植物愛(ài)好者蘇享修在福建省峰山發(fā)現(xiàn)的大戟屬植物開(kāi)展了系統(tǒng)分類(lèi)學(xué)研究。在充分的文獻(xiàn)查閱和標(biāo)本比對(duì)基礎(chǔ)上,開(kāi)展了形態(tài)特征和系統(tǒng)發(fā)育研究,證實(shí)該大戟屬植物為從未被記載的植物新種,研究人員用蘇享修的名字命名該植物新種,研究結(jié)果于2022年4月發(fā)表在國(guó)際植物分類(lèi)學(xué)期刊《Systematic Botany》上。
