寧國貴,男,1979年1月生,博士。華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)副教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師。主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)閳@林植物細(xì)胞與分子生物學(xué)。博士畢業(yè)論文題目為“矮牽牛不同花型突變體的形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)及其分子基礎(chǔ)分析”。
人物經(jīng)歷
2000年和2006年于華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)分別獲得林學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)士和園林植物與觀賞園藝專業(yè)博士學(xué)位。畢業(yè)后留校從事教學(xué)與科研工作。2011-2012年,加利福尼亞大學(xué)戴維斯分校(Uc-Davis)訪問學(xué)者。主要講授課程:《園林植物育種學(xué)》、《花卉學(xué)》、《花卉學(xué)教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)》等課程。研究方向:園林植物遺傳與育種。主要研究領(lǐng)域:園林植物細(xì)胞與分子生物學(xué)、芳香植物及其功能物質(zhì)應(yīng)用。研究具體涉及到(1)野薔薇、月季和玫瑰(薔薇科Rosaceae)等木本植物(2)碧冬茄和煙草(茄科Solanaceae)等草本植物型、色、香等方面的次生代謝物代謝。主要使用的研究方法涉及:生物信息學(xué)、比較與功能基因組、基因工程、轉(zhuǎn)錄與代謝組學(xué)、合成生物學(xué)等的方法。

主要成就
主要研究領(lǐng)域:園林植物細(xì)胞與分子生物學(xué)。目前從事的研究領(lǐng)域具體涉及到(1)野薔薇、月季和玫瑰等(薔薇科Rosaceae)等木本植物(2)碧冬茄和煙草等(茄科Solanaceae)等草本植物的開花時(shí)間調(diào)控及開花過程中花色、花香等次生代謝物代謝方面的相關(guān)分子生物學(xué)研究。
主要研究方法:生物信息學(xué)分析與比較基因組,轉(zhuǎn)基因分析重要功能候選基因,液相氣質(zhì)等測定分析代謝物等的研究方法。已在國內(nèi)外發(fā)表論文近30篇。
