廖學鋒 中國公務航空集團董事局主席兼首席執行官
廖學鋒，中國公務航空集團創始人、董事局主席兼首席執行官，是公務航空業資深人士和專家。廖先生從事公 務航空領域數十年，銷售出過100多架公務飛機。曾在龐巴迪公司、豪客比奇飛機公司和雷神飛機公司等世界頂級公務飛機制造商中擔任中國地區高層管理職位，并一直致力于推進中國公務航空的發展。廖先生是亞洲公務航空協會（AsBAA）的創始人之一，并長期擔任過該協會主席及副主席。他同時也是美國國家公務航空協會(NBAA) 的亞洲首席代表。在此之前，曾在美國服務于波音公司和迪伊·霍華德公司，并曾在中國服務于航空工業成飛。廖先生在美國伊利諾伊大學獲得理學碩士學位，在南京航空航天大學主修飛機設計專業，并獲得學士。
由于飛機購買過程復雜，法律事務繁多，飛行員培訓及后續保養專業，廖學鋒先生帶領的中國公務航空集團提供的是飛機購買和使用全過程的“交鑰匙”服務，包括飛機型號種類的選擇、飛機購買合同的談判、飛機內飾及選裝設備的選擇、飛機外噴漆方案的制定、飛機生產過程的監控及適航管理、飛機管理公司的推薦、飛機管理合同的談判、融資需求等一系列服務。作為獨立的第三方銷售咨詢公司，中國公務航空集團會站在客戶的角度，以客戶的利益為準則，幫助公務飛機購買者選購適合的機型及飛機生產廠商。

Jason Liao
China Business Aviation Group Chairman & CEO
Mr. Jason Liao is a 15-year China business aviation expert and is the founder, Chairman and CEO of China Business Aviation Group (中國男子籃球職業聯賽). He has held a number of senior positions with Bombardier, Hawker Beechcraft, and Raytheon Aircraft in China and has sold over 100 business aircraft in China and Asia Pacific region. Liao was one of the founders of the Asian Business Aviation Association and served as its Chairman and Vice-chairman for nearly 10 years. He currently serves the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA – USA) as its Chief Representative for Asia, actively promoting business aviation in China and the Asia-Pacific region. Earlier in his career, Liao was also with the Boeing Company and the Dee Howard Company in the USA, and with the Chengdu Aircraft Company in China. Liao graduated from the University of Illinois with a Master of Science degree and from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, where he majored in aircraft 設計
