林鑫華,男,1962年出生,復旦大學生命科學學院執(zhí)行院長,復旦大學遺傳學研究所所長,遺傳工程國家重點實驗室主任。1995年畢業(yè)于華盛頓大學獲博士學位。
主要從事發(fā)育信號轉(zhuǎn)導及干細胞生物學的研究。

2000-2009年,美國辛辛那提大學兒童醫(yī)院醫(yī)學中心,先后任助理教授(2000)、副教授(2005)、教授(2008)。
2009-2016年,中國科學院動物研究所,研究員、膜生物學國家重點實驗室主任。
2016年7月起,任復旦大學遺傳學研究所所長,主要從事發(fā)育遺傳和干細胞生物學的研究。

科研成就
以果蠅和小鼠為模式動物,并結(jié)合人源干細胞體外培養(yǎng)體系,研究Wnt、BMP、 Hh、JAK/STAT 等信號通路的調(diào)控機制;研究信號轉(zhuǎn)導、轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控和表觀遺傳對內(nèi)臟器官(腸、肺等)的穩(wěn)態(tài)維持、組織再生和干細胞調(diào)控的作用機制;探討信號轉(zhuǎn)導、遺傳變異和表觀遺傳在發(fā)育和干細胞調(diào)控、以及相關人類疾病(如腫瘤、先天性缺陷等)中的作用機制。
在國際核心期刊上發(fā)表論文共70余篇。許多成果被Nature綜述類雜志重點介紹;蛋白糖在形態(tài)發(fā)生素濃度梯度形成的研究,被認為是發(fā)育生物學領域的重大發(fā)現(xiàn);對Wnt蛋白的分泌、分布以及信號轉(zhuǎn)導的貢獻獲得發(fā)育生物學家們的一致肯定;近年來有關內(nèi)臟器官的穩(wěn)態(tài)維持和干細胞領域的研究也獲得同行專家的廣泛關注和認可。
