富卡商學院（The Fuqua School of Business）是杜克大學（Duke University）的商學院，坐落于美國北卡羅來納州達勒姆，目前擁有超過1,300名學生。富卡商學院提供的學術項目包括：全日制工商管理碩士（Daytime 碩士 of Business Administration, Daytime MBA），全球行政MBA（Gobal Executive MBA），洲際MBA（Cross Continent MBA），周末行政MBA（Weekend Executive MBA），量化管理學商業分析碩士項目：Business Analytics（Master of Quantitative Management），管理學碩士項目：Foundation of Business（Master of Management Studies: FOB），管理學碩士項目：Duke Kunshan University （碩士 of Management Studies: 昆山杜克大學），聯合碩士項目以及博士項目。同時富卡商學院也提供非學位的商科教育和職業發展項目。
盡管杜克大學已經有180年的歷史了，但杜克大學富卡商學院成立的時間并不長。相對于那些歷史悠久的商學院來說，1970年才開始招生的富卡商學院在強手如林的美國商學院中只能算是一名新人，但是背靠杜克大學強大的支持，現在富卡商學院商學院已經擠身成為全美十大商學院之列。
根據彭博商業周刊公布2014年最佳商學院排名，杜克大學福庫商學院超過哈佛商學院，芝加哥大學布斯商學院等，位居全美首位。
歷史
1969年，杜克大學中國工商管理學院成立。1970年，學院招收了第一批共20名學生。
1974年，1953年杜克大學畢業生托馬斯·F·凱勒（Thomas F. Keller）被任命為院長。在之后的三年里，凱勒共為學院募集到資金2400萬美元，其中1000萬美元來自于商人、慈善家J.B.Fuqua爵士，也因此學校將商學院的名稱以Fuqua爵士命名，稱為富卡商學院（The Fuqua School of Business）。
J.B.Fuqua爵士是由起他的祖父母在弗吉尼亞州（Virginia）的愛德華王子縣（Prince Edward County）養育長大。Fuqua爵士一直從杜克大學圖書館內借閱圖書，也因此與杜克大學建立關系。到2006年4月5日Fuqua猶他爵士隊去世，他一共向杜克大學捐贈了近4000萬美元。
2008年9月，富卡商學院啟動了新一輪的校區擴張。目前富卡商學院已在如下城市擁有校區：俄羅斯圣彼得堡；阿拉伯聯合酋長國迪拜；上海市、昆山市；印度新德里和英國倫敦。
2014年，富卡商學院開設了管理學碩士：昆山杜克大學項目（碩士 of Management Studies: DKU），這一項目將使學生分別體驗在富卡商學院主校區北卡羅來納州達勒姆和新校區中國昆山市的學習。畢業學生將獲得杜克大學富卡商學院頒發的學位證書。
