周慧君，女，iDNA網創始人，首席執行官，美國醫學遺傳學會（American Board of Aedical Genetics)資歷認證的臨床分子遺傳學家和美國醫學遺傳學協會（American College of Medical Genetics）會員，國家食品藥品監督管理局特聘技術專家，百華協會北京分會會長。
人物經歷
周慧君博士，本科畢業于武漢大學后繼赴美留學，在康奈爾大學獲得了分子生物和遺傳學博士，并在斯坦福大學完成了臨床分子基因學的博士后研究。最終獲得了美國醫學遺傳學會（American Board of Medical Genetics）資歷認證的臨床分子遺傳學家和美國醫學遺傳學協會(American College of Medical Genetics）會員的認證，是國際僅有的323位美國醫學遺傳學會（ABMG）臨床分子遺傳學行醫執照認證專家，這對于在美留學并成為公認的基因學界的科學家可以說是一難得的成就，在華人科學家領域內也是鮮見的。
通過基因實現個性化醫療是生物遺傳學的一個新領域，周慧君博士從事這個領域的工業、科研工作已經超過14年。周慧君博士于1998-2002年領導了Incyte Genomics公司的生物遺傳學計劃，作為該公司藥物遺傳學的帶頭人，她幫助制藥公司開展了包括臨床藥物試驗設計在內的藥物研發和服務工作。此后周慧君博士在硅谷公司DNA Direct擔任資深總監。脫氧核糖核酸 Direct主要提供DNA檢測和網上醫學遺傳學服務，推廣以個人基因圖譜為指導的醫療服務，以幫助預防疾病，提高生活品質，并實現個性化治療。
2008年年底，周慧君博士率核心團隊回國創業，在北京市正式創建了iDNA網(益基生物科技)，成為國內首家互聯網基因信息服務平臺，同時受邀加入了亞杰商會，并正式成為全球華人生物基因學界的頂級協會-百花協會北京分會會長。在歸國之前，iDNA網的核心生物基因技術與商業模式在08年初即獲得了全美生物醫藥商務計劃評比第一名，09年在歸國后即榮獲了創新中國項目展示北京區第二名。并與中國疾病控制中心合作開展了包括北京、武漢市、成都市、青島市、杭州市、哈爾濱市及昆明市七個城市的基因與健康的研究項目。2009年參與了科技部國家科技平臺重大專項課題研究。
“讓每一個中國人更懂自己”是iDNA網的使命，也是創始人周慧君博士的夢想。調查顯示：iDNA網的會員近五成是通過口碑相傳得知iDNA網并使用基因信息產品；每天來自全國各地不同行業，不同背景，不同健康狀況的用戶通過iDNA網科學健康地預知了自己未來的生命疾病風險，從而提前進行了醫學、飲食、健康作息等干預，高速有效的提升了生命質量，精準、科學、健康的把握住了自己生命的未來。
