李孟華，男，1974年11月出生于湖北省黃岡市，博士，研究員，博士生導(dǎo)師，野生動(dòng)物生態(tài)遺傳學(xué)研究組組長。
中國科學(xué)院動(dòng)物研究所“百人計(jì)劃”引進(jìn)海外杰出人才。2003年畢業(yè)于華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)畜牧獸醫(yī)學(xué)院動(dòng)物遺傳育種與繁殖專業(yè)，獲得博士學(xué)位；2003年-2008年任芬蘭農(nóng)業(yè)食品科學(xué)研究院生物技術(shù)和食品研究部博士后研究員；2008年-2010年于赫爾辛基大學(xué)生物和環(huán)境科學(xué)系從事博士后研究；2010年至2011年任芬蘭農(nóng)業(yè)食品科學(xué)研究院生物技術(shù)和食品研究部首席研究員；2011年8月至今為中國科學(xué)院動(dòng)物研究所教授、研究員。
2010年6月被授予赫爾辛基大學(xué)副教授(Docent）,并擔(dān)任現(xiàn)代生物出版集團(tuán) Research Notes副編輯（Associate Editor），Journal of Evolutionary Biology Research編輯組成員(editorialTeam member)，芬蘭生物互作研究生院及芬蘭群體遺傳學(xué)研究生院博士生導(dǎo)師(指導(dǎo)或聯(lián)合指導(dǎo)多名碩士或博士研究生)，歐盟第6,7研發(fā)框架計(jì)劃專家組（動(dòng)物遺傳部）成員。
共發(fā)表30多篇SCI論文，其中第一作者或通訊作者20多篇，總計(jì)影響因子約82，共被SCI雜志文章引用達(dá)300多次。作為第一主持人和課題組負(fù)責(zé)人，承擔(dān)了芬蘭科學(xué)院和芬蘭農(nóng)業(yè)和森林部重點(diǎn)創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)，并參與了多項(xiàng)歐盟和北歐科研合作項(xiàng)目，與世界上10多個(gè)國家的國際著名教授和研究人員建立了廣泛而深入的科研合作。
