陳龍出任羅漢堂秘書長。
此前陳龍擔任螞蟻集團首席戰略官，并兼任國際貨幣基金組織金融科技高級顧問，國際銀行清算組織金融科技顧問，中國人民銀行互聯網金融研究中心副主任，中國互聯網證券委員會副主任委員，中國保險業行業協會副主席等職務。
人物經歷
陳龍教授在多倫多大學取得金融學博士學位，并在華盛頓大學奧林商學院獲得終身教職。回國之后，陳龍教授在長江商學院任副院長，并創立工商博士項目。陳龍教授的學術研究領域包括資本市場、投融資決策和創新、利率與貨幣政策等。他曾在諸多世界頂級期刊上發表文章，同時也是許多頂級金融學經濟學期刊的薦稿人和編委。除了學者身份，他還曾是專業的期貨交易員、上市公司獨立董事。
2014-2018年：任螞蟻集團首席戰略官，兼任國際貨幣基金組織金融科技高級顧問、中國人民銀行互聯網金融研究中心副主任等職務。被評為2017年中國綠色金融領軍人物。
2010-2014年：長江商學院副院長，創立工商管理博士項目，并兼任長江商學院校友會理事長。?

主要成就
陳龍教授在學術上長期從事利率及貨幣政策、股票和債券市場的資產定價、回報預測、和價格波動以及投融資決策的研究。他有大量研究成果發表在世界頂級金融學雜志，亦是眾多頂級金融雜志的審稿人和多家金融雜志的編委。2011年，他被選為北京五星金融論壇主席，該論壇是由北京大學、清華大學、中國人民大學、中央財經大學和長江商學院共同發起的最高金融學術交流論壇。
