蘇紅波，男， 1976年生于河南省。中國科學院陸地水循環及地表過程重點實驗室研究員，IEEE高級會員，美國地球物理聯合會成員，紐約科學院成員，Sigma Xi學會成員。1997年畢業于武漢測繪科技大學攝影測量與遙感專業，獲工學學士；2002年獲中國科學院大學地圖學與地理信息科學理學博士學位；隨后在普林斯頓大學從事水文學研究；2006年入選中國科學院“百人計劃”，被聘任為中科院地理科學與資源研究所創新基地研究員。
學術論著
近5年發表SCI收錄論文19篇，EI引用論文 23篇。目前主持多項由中華人民共和國國家自然科學基金委員會，科技部和中科院資助的科研項目。主要研究領域為定量遙感與水文學的交叉研究，包括地表參數的遙感反演，區域水文過程模型與遙感數據的同化等。
