教學(xué)成果
1982年本科畢業(yè)留校任教，堅(jiān)持在教學(xué)第一線，主要承擔(dān)《分子生物學(xué)》、《生物農(nóng)藥》、《生化與分子生物學(xué)專題》、《微生物農(nóng)藥》、《生命科學(xué)研究進(jìn)展》等本科、碩博士研究生的教學(xué)任務(wù)。引進(jìn)國外原版教材進(jìn)行雙語教學(xué)，不斷跟蹤國內(nèi)外發(fā)展動態(tài)，注重學(xué)科發(fā)展前沿和交叉，先后8次赴美國、俄羅斯、日本、澳大利亞、歐洲、南非、東南亞以及臺灣省、香港特別行政區(qū)地區(qū)進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)交流和參加國際會議，結(jié)合科研工作培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣，激發(fā)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力。主講的《分子生物學(xué)》、《生物農(nóng)藥》為福建省精品課程；2001年獲得“福建省優(yōu)秀教師”光榮稱號，2006年被授予“福建省高等學(xué)校教學(xué)名師”稱號；獨(dú)立指導(dǎo)的本科生2001、2003、2005年連續(xù)三屆獲全國大學(xué)生““挑戰(zhàn)杯”中國大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)計(jì)劃競賽”競賽1個特等獎、2個二等獎、2個三等獎；指導(dǎo)的本科生和研究生有11位赴美國Florida大學(xué)、California大學(xué)、Kansas州立大學(xué)、Illinois大學(xué)、英國Newcastle大學(xué)、加拿大UBC等合作研究和深造，6位考取上海生命科學(xué)中心陳賽娟院士和陳竺部長、上海交通大學(xué)鄧子新院士、浙江大學(xué)周雪平教授和馮明光教授（均為長江學(xué)者）以及中國科學(xué)院中國科學(xué)院微生物研究所、中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院和中國農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)的博士和碩士研究生。
科研成果
從事生物農(nóng)藥研究，主持國家863、科技部攻關(guān)、中華人民共和國國家發(fā)展和改革委員會、國家自然科學(xué)基金、教育部等22項(xiàng)課題，有14篇論文被SCI收錄，有49篇論文在國家一級學(xué)報(bào)發(fā)表，獨(dú)立撰寫的專著《蘇云金芽孢桿菌8010的研究》由科學(xué)出版社出版。獲授權(quán)國家發(fā)明專利5項(xiàng)，正在申報(bào)和公開的5項(xiàng)。研究成果分獲2001、2005年福建省科技進(jìn)步二等獎；獲2006年國家科技進(jìn)步二等獎（第5完成人）。先后8次赴美國、俄羅斯、日本、澳大利亞、歐洲、南非、東南亞以及臺灣省、香港特別行政區(qū)地區(qū)進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)交流和參加國際會議。
