吳振斌，男，1956年8月出生，黃梅縣人，博士，責任研究員，博士生導師，中國科學院水生生物研究所水環境工程研究中心主任。淡水生態與生物技術國家重點實驗室副主任，國家杰出青年基金、國務院科技突出貢獻津貼獲得者，歐盟第五、六框架常規項目和國際合作項目評委，國際水協會植物修復專業委員會亞洲協調人，中國環境科學學會環境生物學分會主任委員。
2021年4月23日，入選中國工程院2021年院士增選有效候選人名單。

教育經歷
1985年畢業于中科院中國科學院水生生物研究所，獲碩士學位；
1994年在中科院水生所獲理學博士學位。
1994年至1996年英國赫爾大學訪問學者，
2000年美國密執根州立大學高級訪問學者。?
2002年1月起擔任水環境工程研究中心主任。
研究方向
人工濕地和水體生態修復研究及其工程示范
科研成就
長期從事水生態環境保護與修復工程技術研究，以項目負責人和首席科學家先后主持國家“八五”科技攻關、歐盟重大國際科技合作、中科院“重要方向性項目”、國家“十五”、“十一五”、“十二五”水專項等數十項科研課題，取得了系統的科研和工程應用成果。以通訊或第一作者發表論文200余篇，以第一發明人獲專利30余項，培養研究生、指導博后150余人。科研成果在北京“奧林匹克森林公園人工濕地”、武漢“六湖連通水體生態修復工程”、“大東湖生態水網藻構建”、杭州市“西湖水質改善與水生植被恢復工程”等500余項工程中應用，已設計、建設人工濕地等工程遍布22個省、市、自治區。發起并舉辦了七屆海峽兩岸人工濕地研討會、首屆水環境保護與水污染治理國際培訓班等，推動了人工濕地廣泛深入研究和大規模工程應用。?
