學術成果

主要從事新型光伏材料與器件的研究工作。在有機太陽能電池,特別是有機疊層電池研究方面取得重大突破。提出穩定的反型疊層聚合物太陽能電池結構,研制出轉化效率高達10.6%的有機疊層太陽能電池,作為世界紀錄列入美國NREL所發表的Best?Research-Cell?Efficiencies圖表中。在新型有機/無機化合物鈣鈦礦太陽能電池方面開展了大量前瞻性的工作,取得了一些非常重要的結果。研制出全低溫的柔性鈣鈦礦太陽能電池。發現微量水對鈣鈦礦生長的促進作用這一“反常”現象,并探討了其機理。通過無機金屬氧化物取代傳統有機電荷傳輸層,顯著提高了鈣鈦礦電池穩定性。在Nature子刊,?Account?of?Chemical?Research,?Adv.?Mater以及Appl.?Phys.?Lett.等學術雜志上發表論文50余篇,所發表論文被他引5000余次。
