秦峰,女,博士,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。1975年10月出生于湖北省武漢市,1998年和2001年在華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)獲學(xué)士和碩士學(xué)位,2004年在清華大學(xué)獲博士學(xué)位。2004年至2010年在日本國際農(nóng)林水產(chǎn)業(yè)研究中心從事博士后研究工作。2010年入選中國科學(xué)院“百人計劃”,任中國科學(xué)院植物研究所研究員。近年來在Plant Cell、Plant Journal、Plant Physiology、PNAS上發(fā)表論文數(shù)十篇。
人物經(jīng)歷
1994年9月至1998年7月,秦峰就讀于華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué),獲學(xué)士。1998年9月至2001年7月,秦峰在華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)攻讀,獲碩士學(xué)位。2001年9月至2004年7月,秦峰于清華大學(xué)就讀,獲博士學(xué)位。2004年至2010年,秦峰在日本國際農(nóng)林水產(chǎn)業(yè)研究中心進行博士后研究工作。2010年,其入選中國科學(xué)院“百人計劃”。秦峰在《Plant Cell》《Plant Journal》《Plant Physiology》《美國國家科學(xué)院院刊》上發(fā)表論文數(shù)十篇。
研究工作
1. 玉蜀黍?qū)?/a>抗旱基因的克隆和功能分析
通過對抗旱性的全基因組關(guān)聯(lián)分析,發(fā)掘和克隆玉米中重要的抗旱候選基因,利用分子生物學(xué)的研究手段和方法,闡明基因在植物體內(nèi)的功能。同時分析玉米不同轉(zhuǎn)錄因子基因家族(AP2/EREBP、bZIP、NAC)中的各成員對抗旱性的貢獻,確定玉米中在抵抗干旱脅中最重要的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子。研究旨在鑒定和克隆玉米中重要的抗旱性基因,并運用克隆到的基因或分子標記改良玉米抗旱性。
2. RING類型蛋白泛素化E3 連接酶在植物抗逆和發(fā)育中的作用
蛋白泛素化是真核生物蛋白質(zhì)重要的轉(zhuǎn)錄后修飾方式之一,參與調(diào)節(jié)細胞周期進程、細胞增生與分化,以及信號傳導(dǎo)等多種生理過程。植物中很多類型的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子也受到泛素化的修飾,如DRIP1&2泛素化E3連接酶能特異識別受干旱和高鹽誘導(dǎo)的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子DREB2A,并通過控制其在細胞內(nèi)的穩(wěn)定性,參與植物水分脅迫的信號傳遞。我們希望(1)進一步發(fā)現(xiàn)特異與DRIP1&2相互作用的蛋白;(2)DRIP1&2在植物抗水分脅迫和生長發(fā)育中的功能;(3)玉蜀黍?qū)?/a>中含RING結(jié)構(gòu)域泛素化E3連接酶在抵抗水分脅迫中德的功能。
