湯小銘（1939年-2022年12月24日），男，生于廣西桂林，畫家。1964年畢業于廣州美術學院。著名油畫家，國家一級美術師。
2022年12月24日，湯小銘先生因病去世，享年83歲。
人物經歷
1939年生于廣西桂林市。
1959年畢業于廣州美術學院附屬中等美術學校。
1963年油畫《稻香時節》參加全國美術院校學生作品巡回展，廣州美術學院收藏。
1964年畢業于廣州美術學院油畫系，入廣東畫院任專業畫家。
1972年油畫《永不休戰》《女委員》《虎門民兵》入選全國美術作品展覽，《永不休戰》入中國美術館收藏。
1973年連環畫《無產階級的歌》（與陳衍寧合作）入選全國美展，中國美術館收藏；油畫《毛主席講授中國社會各階級的分析》（與陳衍寧合作）廣州農民運動講習所收藏；油畫《永不休戰》《女委員》赴阿爾巴尼亞、南斯拉夫展出；《女委員》印制成“中國婦女”紀念郵票發行。
1974年油畫《節日之夜》入選全國美展。
1975年油畫《毛主席會見柯棣華大夫》（與陳衍寧合作）入選柯棣華大夫美術作品展，白求恩國際和平醫院收藏。
1976年為中國人民革命軍事博物館創作油畫《抗日戰歌響徹太行》獲廣東省優秀美術作品創作一等獎，中國軍事博物館收藏；油畫《永不休戰》印制成“紀念中國文化革命的主將魯迅”紀念郵票發行。
1977年油畫《滿腔熱忱》、水粉連環畫《魯迅在廣州》入選全國美術作品展覽，中國美術館收藏；油畫《大河上下》入選全國美展；當選為廣東省文聯委員；當選為廣東省美術家協會副主席。
1978年油畫《稻香時節》入選廣東省美展；水粉連環畫《魯迅在廣州》獲廣東省藝術作品優秀獎。

1980年當選連任廣東省文聯委員；當選連任廣東省美術家協會副主席。
1981年油畫《在太行山上》《人與?！啡脒x廣東省美展，《在太行山上》獲二等獎，廣東美術館收藏；連環畫《無產階級的歌》（與陳衍寧合作）獲全國第二屆連環畫創作評獎繪畫二等獎。
1982年油畫《畫家余本》《膠園》《水鄉薄霧》入選廣東省僑鄉風貌展；油畫《難忘的會見》（廖仲愷、何香凝會見孫中山先生），廣州廖仲愷紀念館收藏；油畫《永不休戰》赴法國巴黎參加“春季沙龍”展出。
1983年油畫《畫家余本》《膠園》入選全國僑鄉風貌展；為人民美術出版社《卡爾·馬克思傳》作水粉畫《馬克思為巴黎公社出謀獻策》；被中國美術家協會派往法國巴黎進行友好訪問。
1984年被文化部、中國美協聘請為第六屆全國美術作品展覽評選評獎委員；油畫《孫中山先生》入選全國美展，獲銅牌獎，中國美術館收藏。
1985年赴澳門舉辦廣東畫院王恤珠、湯小銘、陳衍寧油畫展，并蒞澳示范講學；油畫《孫中山先生》赴蘇聯展出及參加中國美術館部分油畫藏品陳列展；油畫《西灣》《連理樹》參加澳門美畫展；為人民美術出版社《弗·恩格斯畫傳》作油畫《海濱療養》；當選為中國美術家協會理事；當選為廣東省美術家協會常務副主席，策劃籌建廣東美術館；被中國美協藝委會聘請為油畫藝委會委員。
1986年油畫《孫中山先生》獲廣東省魯迅文藝獎金美術三等獎；連環畫《復仇》（與陳衍寧合作）獲全國首屆《連環畫報》金環獎；水粉畫《白馬將軍》獲《革命先輩的故事》叢書優秀封面獎。
1987年被中國文藝網委派代表中國美術家，以評委身份帶團赴阿爾及爾參加“阿爾及爾·世界文化薈萃”活動，隨團展出了廣東美術家作品，榮獲“中華人民共和國造型藝術集體特別獎”（金牌獎），本人參展作品有油畫《畫家余本》《膠園》《潮聲》；被廣東省委任命為廣東美術館籌建辦主任。
1988年油畫《綠風》入選廣東省省綠化廣東畫展；職稱評為國家一級美術師；受聘為廣東省藝術專業人員高級職務評審委員；出席全國第五次文代會及廣東省第三次文代會，當選為廣東第七屆人民代表大會代表。
1987年被文化部、中國美協聘請為第七屆全國美術作品展覽油畫評選委員和總評獎委員；受聘為廣東省美展作品評選委員；隨廣東省外經委出訪加拿大。
1990年當選為廣東省美術家協會主席。
1991年赴澳門舉辦廣東畫院作品展；受聘為廣東省慶祝中國共產黨建黨七十周年美術作品展評選委員；受聘為廣東省藝術專業人員和群眾文化專業人員高級職務資格評審委員；被廣東省政府授予省職工先進工作者稱號。
1992年油畫《白馬將軍·葉挺》入選廣東省首屆歷史畫展，廣州美術館收藏；受聘為廣州·90年代藝術雙年展藝術顧問；被廣東省委、省政府授予廣東省優秀中青年專家稱號；享受國務院頒發政府特殊津貼。
1993年油畫《永不休戰》選入江蘇美術出版社《中國油畫》大型畫冊；受聘為93博雅油畫大賽總評委；受聘為廣州美術學院院外教授。
1994年油畫《永不休戰》《孫中山先生》《滿腔熱忱》《讓智慧發光》選入天津人美出版社《光輝的歷程·中國革命歷史精品集》大型畫冊；被文化部、中國美協聘請為第八屆全國美術作品展覽總評選評獎委員及廣東省美展作品評委主任；受聘為全國第二屆中國油畫展評委；受聘為暨南大學兼職教授。
1995年出席廣東省第四次文代會，受聘為廣東省文聯主席團名譽委員；出席廣東省第五次美代會，經同意辭去廣東省美術家協會主席職務，任廣東省美術家協會學術委員會主席。
1996年油畫《讓智慧發光》《在太行山上》《美術館工地》參加廣東美術館藏畫展。
1997年油畫《永不休戰》《滿腔熱忱》《孫中山先生》入選中國油畫肖像藝術百年展；《永不休戰》《滿腔熱忱》《讓智慧發光》選入天津人美出版社《中國現代美術全集》大型畫冊；赴澳門任澳門美術展評委。
1998年在廣東省畫院及珠海市博物館分別舉辦湯小銘·唐力人體畫作品展；出版《湯小銘·油畫人體》；當選為中國美術家協會理事。
1999年油畫《永不休戰》選入浙江人美出版社《新中國美術五十年》大型畫冊；油畫《永不休戰》、連環畫《無產階級的歌》（與陳衍寧合作）選入浙江人民美術出版社與山東美術出版社《20世紀中國美術·中國美術館藏品選》大型畫冊；被文化部、中國美協聘請為第九屆全國美術作品展覽評選委員；受聘為廣東省第六屆魯迅文藝獎總評委。

湯小銘是長于油畫肖像畫的藝術家。1971年，上海魯迅紀念館恢復陳列，就陳列內容的需要，湯小銘創作了帶有鮮明主題的魯迅肖像畫——《永不休戰》。作品以寫實的手法，精謹的造型，沉穩的色調，嫻熟的油畫技巧，刻畫了這位中國新文化運動旗手的不屈不撓、文壇斗士形象?；野咨谋尘扒叭切蔚臉媹D，濃重的緇衣使病中的魯迅形象如同雕塑般堅實有力。那犀利中略帶憂郁的眼神，雙唇緊閉的威嚴面龐，緊握毛筆的有力的雙手，無不傳遞出魯迅的氣質與個性。魯迅身邊桌上的鬧鐘，藥瓶和厚厚的書籍、文稿等細節的描繪，都映現著魯迅先生“生命不息，戰斗不止”的革命斗爭精神。畫家所作的油畫《讓智慧發光》獲第五屆全國美術作品展覽三等獎；《孫中山先生》獲第六屆全國美展銅牌獎。
湯小銘的筆端游離于偉大與平凡之間，使那些大時代充盈著質感的人物肖像，于樸實中閃現光華，美感是深厚而久遠的，令人感到親切的。幾十年來，湯小銘一直堅持現實主義的創作風格，熱情而真誠地謳歌時代旋律，弘揚時代精神，是一位與時代主體血肉相連的現實主義畫家。
