閻愛民,男,博士,長江商學院管理學教授。

人物經(jīng)歷

曾任波士頓大學組織行為學教授(終身教職)、組織行為學Ph.D.學術主任、國際MBA學術主任,和人力資源戰(zhàn)略研究所研究所長。2002年作為創(chuàng)始教授之一參與長江商學院創(chuàng)建,并任客座教授至2014年5月。

為長江商學院EMBA、MBA和FMBA講授《管理學概論》、《組織行為學》及《戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟》等課程。

研究領域

國際合資企業(yè)、全球戰(zhàn)略伙伴與聯(lián)盟、組織設計、變革與發(fā)展、管理者職業(yè)生涯等。

學術成就

在Academy of 管理學 Journal、Academy of Management Review、Journal of International Business Studies、 Journal of Applied Psychology、 Human Relations等學刊發(fā)表過多篇論文,并出版過學術專著,關于美中合資企業(yè)的研究獲全美管理學會的最佳論文獎。在企業(yè)全球戰(zhàn)略管理方面,被Journal of International 管理學列為“最多產(chǎn)”、同時“最具學術影響力”的全球9位學者之一。任Journal of International Management、Journal of Management and Organization、哈佛商業(yè)評論(中文版)編委。
