查道炯（1965~），男，北京大學(xué)國(guó)際關(guān)系學(xué)院教授，中國(guó)著名石油能源安全問(wèn)題專家。1989年出國(guó)，在美國(guó)、日本學(xué)習(xí)研究14年,2003年回國(guó)任教。主要研究方向?yàn)槟茉磫?wèn)題中的國(guó)際政治因素、中國(guó)能源外交、中外經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系和非傳統(tǒng)安全問(wèn)題。經(jīng)常性參與中國(guó)政府職能部門、大型能源企業(yè)的能源外交研討，活躍于學(xué)術(shù)界的中外能源對(duì)話。查道炯在國(guó)際關(guān)系研究中，強(qiáng)調(diào)中外關(guān)聯(lián)和中國(guó)本位，反對(duì)為了國(guó)際研究國(guó)際。能源方面主張國(guó)際合作，認(rèn)為突出合作比突出沖突更有利于解決能源問(wèn)題，在能源研究領(lǐng)域獨(dú)樹(shù)一幟。
人物經(jīng)歷
1965年生于安徽。2007年9月進(jìn)入北京大學(xué)國(guó)際關(guān)系學(xué)院工作。
1982-86年在安徽大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)，并在同校工作至1989年。
1989-95年在美國(guó)中部華盛頓大學(xué)、夏威夷大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)。
1995-97年在澳門大學(xué)社會(huì)和人文科學(xué)院任助教授；
1997-2003年在日本國(guó)際大學(xué)、宮崎國(guó)際大學(xué)任助教授、副教授；
2003-2007年8月在中國(guó)人民大學(xué)國(guó)際關(guān)系學(xué)院任副教授、教授、博士生導(dǎo)師、《中國(guó)人民大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào) 英文版》副主編。
在中歐大學(xué)（匈牙利，2001年）、密西根大學(xué)福特公共管理學(xué)院（美國(guó)，2003、2006年），香港大學(xué)公共行政與政治學(xué)系（2006年）任過(guò)訪問(wèn)教授。主要學(xué)術(shù)兼職：《China Security》（美國(guó)）編委會(huì)成員；《電力技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)》雜志（國(guó)家電網(wǎng)北京技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究院）編委會(huì)成員。
