楊魯新，女，漢族，山東人，畢業于山東師范大學外語系，是教育工作者，現為北京外國語大學中國外語教育研究中心副教授、碩士生導師，中國英語寫作教學專業委員會副會長。

1989年畢業于山東師范大學外語系
1992年獲北京第二外國語學院碩士學位
2001年獲英屬哥倫比亞大學(University of British Columbia)碩士學位
2006年獲多倫多大學(University of 多倫多)博士學位
研究方向
外語教師發展，外語教學，二語寫作，社會文化理論與外語教育。

楊魯新是中國外語教材研究中心副主任，中國英漢語比較研究會寫作教學與研究專業委員會副會長，中國英漢語比較研究會外語教師教育與發展專業委員會常務理事，中國高等教育學會外語教學研究分會秘書長，教育部職業院校外語類專業教學指導委員會委員（2021-2025年）。楊魯新自2010年起擔任教育部“國培計劃”英語教師培訓專家。2013-2021年擔任北京市中小學名師發展工程北京外國語大學培養基地教學主管。楊魯新目前擔任《基礎外語教育》期刊主編、Language Teaching Research編委、TESOL Quarterly、Language Teaching Research、Journal of Second Language Writing、Language, Culture and Curriculum、English for Specific Purposes、Frontiers in 心理學等知名國際期刊審稿專家。

2008年，楊魯新獲得北京外國語大學華為獎教金。2012年，她獲得優秀碩士論文指導教師獎。同年，她入選新世紀優秀人才支持計劃（NCET-12-0792）。2015年，她入選北京外國語大學“中青年卓越人才支持計劃”卓越學術帶頭人。2017年，她獲得北京外國語大學優秀教學成果獎一等獎。2018年，她獲得優秀碩士論文指導教師獎。同年，她成為全國高校黃大年式教師團隊成員（國家級，排名4/14）。2019年，她獲得優秀碩士論文指導教師獎。同年，她獲得北京外國語大學2019年度三八紅旗獎章個人稱號。2020年，她獲得國務院政府特殊津貼的專家。同年，她主編的大學思辨英語教程-寫作1（記敘文寫作）榮獲2020年北京高?！皟炠|本科教材課件”。2021年，她獲得“北京外國語大學研究生培養與管理獎——研究生教育教學優秀獎”。同年，她獲得優秀碩士論文指導教師獎。
