尤田耙，1945年6月出生，1970年畢業于中國科學技術大學。自1978年起，他在中國科學技術大學化學與材料科學學院任教，現為教授和博士生導師。尤田耙的主要研究方向包括不對稱合成和新藥合成研究。他的研究課題包括野菊花中抗炎藥活性成分的分離、鑒別、結構修飾和活性評價（973前期，20萬），以及不對稱頻哪醇偶聯反應研究（國家自然科學基金項目，23萬）。
