趙一雷,男,浙江瑞安人,,上海交通大學教授,博士生導師。1994年畢業于中國科技大學應用化學系,獲得學士,1997年在北京大學化學系獲得碩士學位,2002年在香港科技大學獲得物理有機化學博士學位。2002年至2005年在美國加州大學洛杉磯分校(UCLA)進行博士后研究。
工作經歷
趙一雷曾在多個國際知名機構工作,包括中國化工信息中心、加州大學洛杉磯分校(UCLA)、美國國家標準技術研究所(NIST)。2005年至2009年,他在NIST擔任研究員。回國后,趙一雷在上海交通大學生命科學技術學院任教。
研究方向
趙一雷的研究方向涵蓋計算化學與分子生物信息學,具體包括蛋白質和脫氧核糖核酸的化學修飾、酶催化的分子機理等。此外,他還專注于計算生物化學、生物信息與醫學工程以及應用計算機軟件的研究。
主要成就
趙一雷在美期間曾獲得UCLA優秀博士后(2005)和美國菲利普莫里斯(PM-USA)的INEST Fellowship (2005-2007)。自2002年以來,他長期擔任美國化學會權威期刊論文評審人。
