袁明，博士，現任中國農業大學生物學院植物科學系教授。他的研究領域集中在植物細胞骨架的結構和功能方面，特別是對植物細胞骨架動態及其調控進行了深入研究。
人物經歷
袁明于1982年7月畢業于西北大學生物系，獲得理學學士。隨后在北京農業大學生物學院繼續深造，1988年7月獲得理學博士學位。完成學業后，他在海外進行了多年的博士后研究工作，先后在英國University of East Anglia、英國John Innes Institute以及美國Purdue University任職。1995年7月，袁明回到中國農業大學生物學院擔任教師職務，并于2001年被聘為教授。他還曾兩度前往香港大學植物學系進行合作研究，并在中國農業大學擔任植物科學系系主任及植物生理學與生物化學國家重點實驗室副主任。此外，袁明還擔任了多個學術期刊的編委或特邀編輯。
研究方向
袁明的主要研究方向涉及植物微管的動態特性、植物微管列陣在細胞中的組織和調控，以及植物微管結合蛋白的分離、純化及其生化和細胞功能的分析。他還在植物細胞骨架在植物發育和植物細胞生長中的作用，以及細胞骨架在植物細胞間大分子物質通過胞間連絲的調控機制等方面開展了廣泛的研究。
