朱天，1968年4月4日出生，北京大學政府管理學院副教授，副院長（主管研究與發展），北京大學歐洲研究中心副主任。同時，朱天飚也是浙江大學教授、社會學系副系主任、人文高等研究院常務副院長。他在國際與比較政治學、國際與比較政治經濟學學、發展的政治經濟分析等領域有著深入的研究和教學。朱天飚曾獲得多項教學和研究獎項，包括北京大學十佳教師等榮譽。
人物經歷
朱天飚的教育背景包括在悉尼大學獲得經濟學（社會科學）學士，劍橋大學Judge管理學院獲得管理學碩士學位，以及在康乃爾大學政府系獲得政治學碩士和博士學位。他的博士論文題為“Consistent Threat, Political-Economic Institutions, and Northeast Asian Developmentalism”。朱天飚的職業生涯涵蓋了多個學術和研究機構，包括澳大利亞國立大學亞太研究所國際關系系博士后研究員、康乃爾大學政府系教學助理、悉尼大學政府及公共管理系研究助理、清華大學公共管理學院講師、北京大學政府管理學院政治經濟系系主任、副院長以及北京大學歐洲研究中心副主任，他還曾在浙江大學擔任教授、人文高等研究院常務副院長、社會學系副系主任，還有《Global Policy》期刊咨詢委員會委員，在同志社大學技術企業與競爭力研究所、清華大學公共管理學院、南開大學國際關系系兼職。
